  1. Ban 182-7published at 43 overs

Moeen wipes his face clean, spears it in and Mortaza leathers his first delivery for six over long-on. That's the first six of the innings, and what a time to hit it. Moeen's still getting that bit of turn though. The next few deliveries are fuller, coming in to the batsman and giving him nothing to hit. It's all going well until the final ball, which is hammered again for six.

  2. Ban 170-7published at 42 overs

Rashid welcomes Bangladesh skipper Mashrafe Mortaza with a googly. Toying with him. The leggy ends with 2-52 from 10. Fine effort.

  3. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 41.4 overs

    Mosaddek c Moeen b Rashid 29 (Ban 169-7)

Rashid into his final over, and a big googly is called wide. His follow up is short, far too short, and Mosaddek pulls him into the deep for a couple. Short again from Rashid, and Mosaddek completely misjudges it. He skews it high into the air and Moeen takes the catch at cow corner. England will want to wrap this up quickly now.

  4. Ban 166-6published at 41 overs

Powerplay time. Mosaddek, who has now abandoned cap and helmet, runs a single through long-on. Moeen gets some turn and grip, and Nasir can't quite get him away. A misfield from Duckett, however, allows him to turn a single into a two.

  5. Ban 163-6published at 40 overs

Enter Nasir Hossain. His first delivery is a gimme from Rashid - a wide half-volley that Hossain smashes through square. Willey tidies up on the boundary, and Rashid pulls his line back to keep Nasir off-strike.

  6. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 39.3 overs

Mahmudullah 75 lbw Rashid (Ban 161-6)

The delivery before that wicekt, Mahmudullah swept Rashid gloriously for four. He tries it again, misses this and Rashid spins one into his pad. There's no inside edge and that is spinning merrily into middle stump. Mahmudullah punches his bat in frustration as he leaves the field.

Mahmudullah's been given out lbw but he's referred it after a nod from the Bangladesh balcony...

The last time Bangladesh scored less than 200 in the first innings of an ODI was in July 2015 against South Africa on this ground, when they were skittled for 160 in 36.3 overs before falling to an eight-wicket defeat.

This is their 10th ODI since then.

  9. Ban 156-5published at 39 overs

Spin at both ends now as Moeen continues. Bangladesh work two singles off the over as the crowd start to crank up the noise again. Mosaddek has also abandoned his helmet, choosing to rock the cap look instead.

  10. Ban 154-5published at 38 overs

Rashid finishes up an eventful over with a nice delivery that bounces and turns just past Mossadek's outside edge.

  11. Not outpublished at 37.5 overs

    Ban 154-5

There's an inside edge alright. In fact that's a huge inside edge. Not out. Buttler offers a wry smile to Rashid before having a quick chirp at Mosaddek.

  12. Umpire reviewpublished at 37.5 overs

    Ban 154-5

A shot and a half from Mosaddek to welcome Rashid back into the attack. He unfurls a glorious drive through the covers, but Willey's fielding is excellent to keep it to two. Rashid follows it up with some short stuff that is belted for four. That was poor and Rashid knew it - it sat up perfectly for Mosaddek.

However there's a big appeal for lbw - looks like an inside edge but Buttler reviews it...

  14. Ban 147-5published at 37 overs

That's the crowd woken back up. Mahmudullah turns his wrists and sweeps Moeen away to the boundary. Moeen readjusts and beats Mosaddek with a full delivery that doesn't turn. Six runs from that over, which nudges Bangladesh nearer to 200.

  15. Ban 142-5published at 36 overs

Just as I'm saying he doesn't look comfortable, Mosaddek unfurls a cracking drive to smash Stokes through the covers. That was lovely - on the up and he even held the pose for the cameras. He then throws everything at a delivery that's angling in and finds the third-man boundary. Stokes offers up a few words of friendly advice but then a no-ball rather spoils his point. A slower delivery is poked into the off-side.

  16. Ban 130-5published at 35 overs

Moeen whizzes through another over. You'd think it's all on Mahmudullah to get Bangladesh up to 200. Mosaddek does not look comfortable at all. He attempts to shovel Moeen's final ball through the leg side, and a leading edge drops just short of Moeen's drive.

  18. Ban 127-5published at 34 overs

Stokes continues after drinks, and a good bit of work from Moeen on the boundary cuts off a misguided delivery. The rest of the over is a little tighter, and again, Mosaddek picks out the fielder with a nice-looking drive.

  20. drinks break

    Ban 124-5published at 33 overs

There's a lot on Mahmudullah here to try to get Bangladesh to a decent score. He steals a single off Moeen's second ball to keep the score ticking over. Moeen gives it a bit of flight, but it turns and Mosaddek edges it between slip and keeper for four. That's Bangladesh's first boundary for seven overs. It's also time for drinks.
