England's James Anderson on whether England can win the game? "We've got to keep believing. We've still got batting to come - with Jos, Woakesy and Adil.

"We're not going to come out of this game with a draw; we want to win this game. We're going to have to bat extremely well tomorrow."

On batting on spinning pitches: "It's difficult, but we knew the pitches were going to be like this. It can be tough."

England face their seventh Test defeat of the year after Virat Kohli's fine 235 ensured India dominated day four of the fourth Test in Mumbai.

A few of you have spotted the reaction Bruce Oxenford gave to Jonny Bairstow's totally warranted review, which resulted in his on-field dismissal to Ashwin being overturned. It initially looked to be petulant anger at Bairstow's nerve in questioning the decision. However, Aggers offers another potential reason which is much fairer on the umpire...

More from England bowler James Anderson: "We tried to stick to our plans. We changed it up a bit as well to try and take them out of their comfort zone but couldn't find the right formula. But they played really well.

"We had success against Kohli in England but the pace of these pitches takes any flaws out of the equation. He stays patient and waits. He plays spin very well.

"We said before this game we wanted to be more positive with the bat - rotate the strike, be positive with our footwork. We showed that with Joe [Root], and with Jonny [Bairstow] at the end."

Kohli is a class above anybody else. When India's batsmen get in, they don't give it away. England think 400 is enough.

England bowler James Anderson: "We came here thinking if we got three wickets quickly we were in the game. Unfortunately that didn't happen. It was probably our worst morning of the whole tour from a bowling point of view and control. We were clawing it back from there.

"To be fair, the fielding was pretty good, as was the energy. When the ball is flying around it is harder. You need to be led by the bowlers and we didn't have that.

"The captain wanted to go with Jake [Ball] first up. He bowled really well at the start of yesterday and got a wicket. This morning he didn't quite hit the same areas but he is young, playing his second Test. You cant fault him for that."

Virat Kohli is doing wonders for Test-match cricket. MS Dhoni didn't take it too seriously., It's the first time I've been to India and seen a crowd like this for a long time.

India all-rounder Jayant Yadav, who made his maiden Test century and dismissed Joe Root, on Sky Sports: "If you can contribute with the bat then you should work on it, and I have been working on it. I pride my wicket and do not want to lose it cheaply."

On Virat Kohli's record-breaking 253: "You feed off his energy and his mindset. It was a great innings."

When it comes to turning pitches England are all at sea. They don't get any practice on them at home in county cricket; you've got to get it when you're formulating your career. The only way they can learn is watching Kohli.
