Steady start from Rashid. Until the fifth ball when he drops so, so short - smashed away by Jadhav. That's the 100 up for India.

Apart from Virat Kohli, India have batted brainlessly so far. You could say Yuvraj Singh was unlucky edging down the leg side but it's been negligent - although England have bowled brilliantly.
India still need 257 to win from the remaining 35 overs. Adil Rashid is coming on. Will India opt for all-out attack?

England's fielding has been the one area over the last eight months where they've been less than world class and that over was a good example.
Kohli 42, Jadhav 15
Jake Ball has many attributes - diving stops don't feature among them, unfortunately. He falls over the ball, which hits him in the face and bounces over the rope. Jadhav then creams another boundary. Stokes concedes 12 from that over. Time for the cart to bring on the drinks.

That is just the most elegant drive from Virat Kohli through the covers. Sumptuous. You feel that Virat Kohli could pick out anywhere in the 360 degrees around the ground to place the ball in this form.
Kohli 40, Jadhav 5
Gorgeous from Kohli, driving Ball to the fence for his sixth boundary. The Indian skipper is looking in majestic form - as he has all winter - but can even he pull it round from here?

Ed: If there's a more satisfying sound in sport than the silence of an Indian crowd when a wicket falls then I am yet to hear it
Jacob: My favourite noises in sport: 1. YNWA before a Liverpool match 2. The silence from the crowd when an Indian batsman gets out.
Kohli is surely already India's last hope. Eoin Morgan denies his counterpart a boundary with a superb diving stop but a little push down the ground next ball races to the fence - jeez, he timed that. Kedar Jadhav is the new batsman. Stokes' radar goes awry as the ball barely makes the cut strip. A wide wide. Jadvav follows up with a pull for four to get off the mark.

How England celebrate. They're climbing into this Indian middle order and you have to say that only Virat Kohli stands between them and victory now.
Dhoni c Willey b Ball 6 (Ind 63-4)
Another one! Ball continues and he's not offering MS Dhoni much width. Dhoni quickly loses patience and tries to pull one that's too close to him - the ball loops up to David Willey who pouches a simple catch. The silence now even more deafening.
Captains (recent) past and present now as MS Dhoni joins Kohli. Dhoni is quickly away with a four but that target of 351 is looking a long way away right now.

This is exactly what they call strangled down the legside. He tried to repeat the shot he played to the previous delivery but got a little nick on it. Yuvraj promised but didn't deliver.
Yuvraj c Buttler b Stokes 15 (Ind 56-3)
An excellent start gets better for England. Ben Stokes, who must be feeling good after smashing 62 off 40 earlier, strangles Yuvraj down the leg side. The sound of the nick was very audible and there was no need to consider a review. The wicket was followed by the sound of silence from the stands.

It would've been a miraculous catch from Alex Hales. It was by no means timed by Virat Kohli.
Kohli 26, Yuvraj 10
Jake Ball into the attack and Kohli goes after a wide one but misses. Heads on hands from the England fielders. Kohli connects with the next one, it's going down to third man and Hales is diving for it but he and the ball end up over the rope. The skipper's second six.
Pakistan beat Australia by six wickets in the second one-day international in Melbourne to level the series.
After home captain Steve Smith won the toss and chose to bat, Pakistan fast bowler Mohammad Amir took 3-47 to restrict Australia to 220 all out.
Pakistan captain Mohammad Hafeez scored 72 and Shoaib Malik posted 42 not out as the visitors passed the target with 2.2 overs to spare.
It was their first one-day victory on Australian soil for 12 years.
More control from Woakes, who restricts captain Kohli to a single from that over. No stickers on Yuvraj's bat - like the ancient bit of willow in your primary school's sports cupboard.

Yuvraj is not messing either.
Jack: It is apparent that Kohli's not messing about. Game on.
