Liam Plunkett is unfortunate. His extra pace worried Virat Kohli a couple of times in that over. Jake Ball is told to keep his head up by Sam Billings, who runs round from his fielding position to give his mate a pat on the back.

It is a very well directed bouncer, around the back shoulder. He was cramped for room and the ball went up in the air. Jake Ball made a hash of it. It is this new thing about dropping to take the catch. Just stand tall and take it. Even before the ball came to him he had folded his right knee.

England are doing a good job of pegging India back. If Chris Woakes can get his line right he will be a lot more economical. he is over-correcting because he is getting movement and the Indian batsmen have been able to pick him off.

Yuvraj is becoming frustrated at his lack of timing. Perhaps part of the problem is his shot selection. He tries to fetch Jake Ball's half-tracker from well outside off stump and succeeds only in bunting a single to mid-on.
