There's loads of texts and tweets coming in from all of you that are frustrated with the weather and the way this game has ended.

    I share your sentiment.

On the plus side, we were treated to some quality bowling and another good batting display from Tamim Iqbal. You can watch highlights of the game on BBC Two at 00:55 BST.

And on that note, I bid you farewell. We look forward to having you back tomorrow morning for England v New Zealand.

    Goodnight.

It was the manner in which Mitchell Starc bowled today. Even if you were an 'in' batsman you would have struggled.

That over shows why he is one of the classiest players in the world. Today he was just destructive.

We didn't know we would stop after 16 overs. Australia could have given themselves a chance, maybe see if they could 70 or 80 after 10 overs. Maybe they could have knocked them off. I saw no intent.

  6. So close for Australiapublished at 21:28 British Summer Time 5 June 2017

Bangladesh were bowled out for 183 in 44.3 overs. Australia were 83-1 after 16 overs.

The Aussies needed just four more overs to be played and they would have won.

Could they have done anything differently?

I can't believe we don't have an indoor stadium in the United Kingdom that can host a cricket game. If anybody is out there with some money and wants to build one?

  8. Match abandonedpublished at 21:21 British Summer Time 5 June 2017

There we go, confirmation that this game has now been abandoned.

Both teams will pick up a point each. The rain may have saved Australia against New Zealand on Friday, but it's certainly stopped them from picking up the win today.

Sounds like James Taylor has given up on any more play.

Rich Klonowski: Looks like rain will be top of the group on four points then.

Reminder: Tuffers and Vaughan will be on the air on BBC Radio 5 live at 21:00 tonight.

Michael Vaughan has been chatting to former Pakistan great and coach Waqar Younis.

Waqar had some choice words about Pakistan's display against India on Sunday.

"It was very ordinary," he said. "Pakistan were all over the place. I thought a lot of simple mistakes were made. Winning the toss and bowling was a weak decision.

"I don't have any hope that Pakistan will get of the group. It's going to be very difficult. The batting is very weak."

We had a start time, we had been told the innings was reduced to 43 overs and Australia's new target was 166.

But all that's just worthless information right now as it's raining and the covers are back on.
