On the boundary! Well held by Nat Sciver. And as for Brunt, she's on fire.

  2. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 46.4 overs

    Perry c Sciver b Brunt 70 (Aus 217-7)

Nat Sciver makes amends for her drop earlier with a fine catch on the boundary rope at long-on. Perry goes high and long and Scriber knows exactly how far her back foot is from the rope, extending her arms and taking a great grab. Two wickets in the over, Brunt is buzzing.

  3. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 46.1 overs

    Blackwell b Brunt 21 (Aus 215-7)

Katherine Brunt returns to the attack and strikes. Alex Blackwell looks to cut, misses and the ball clips the off-stump. Blackwell hung around for a while, perhaps she thought Taylor may have dislodged the bails with her hands. Perhaps. I don't know. Either way, England in charge now. What a game.

  4. Umpire reviewpublished at 46.1 overs

Blackwell has been bowled cleanly but she has asked the umpire to go upstairs. I don't understand.

How costly is that going to be? England have not been great out in the field today.

  6. dropped catch

Dropped catch - Aus 215-4published at 46 overs

    Australia need 45 from 24

I had already started to write that Perry is gone! Nat Sciver at deep mid-wicket with a simple catch but she can't hold on. Such a let-off. Could that be the turning point? Blackwell adds salt to the wound by swatting one wide of Sciver for a boundary. Nine from the over.

  7. Aus 206-4published at 45 overs

    Target 260

As a captain, Gunn is the perfect bowler to have up your sleeve at this stage of the game. She takes the pace off the ball and loops them in, but Blackwell is up to the challenge with a sweet-as-you-like straight drive for four.

That adds pressure on Gunn, who starts to struggle with her line and gifts two wides outside off. 200 is up for Australia, 11 from the over.

  8. Aus 194-4published at 44 overs

Australia need 65 from 36 balls

Anya Shrubsole continues, the Bristol crowd have come alive. They are either going to see a well-orchestrated England win or some fireworks from Australia to chase down this target.

Alex Blackwell with a slog-sweep over mid-wicket for her first boundary. She has come in with some intent and looking to let her hands go, just what her team needs right now.

  9. Aus 187-4published at 43 overs

    Target 260

Timed like a Swiss watchmaker from Perry! She jigs down the wicket and drives straight over long-off for a fantastic six. Australia need a few more of them big hits if they're going to win this game.

  10. Watch Perry belt a huge six off Hazell's bowlingpublished at 16:51 British Summer Time 9 July 2017

This was the biggest six of the day from Ellyse Perry, thankfully it manged to avoid the children on the bouncy castle...

  11. Aus 178-4published at 42 overs

    Target 260

A lot of batting still to come for Australia but they will find themselves running out of overs if they don't get on with it. Alex Blackwell is the new woman in. Batters crossed so Perry is on strike and she steers one up and over cover for four.

Once again, the position they're in now is because of that wonderful powerplay earlier on. This could be big, not just for this game, but for England's World Cup campaign.

  13. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 41.2 overs

    Villani c Gunn b Shrubsole 14

Villani gone, England ecstatic. The Australian needed to do something, so she shuffled across the wicket, took a big swing and found Gunn at long-on.

  14. Aus 172-3published at 41 overs

Australia need 88 from 54 balls

Elysse Perry reaches her half-century, her 21st in ODI cricket. A muted celebration, with focus on the job in hand.

Sally Gunn bowling with such variety, using the slower ball with success.

There's been another wicket at Lord's by the way, South Africa now 64-5, chasing 331 for victory. You can follow that here.

  15. Aus 169-3published at 40 overs

    Target 260

It may have been a good review but it was also a great over from Anya Shrubsole, conceding just the four runs. Just 16 runs from the batting power play for Australia.

10 overs to go, 91 needed.

  16. Not outpublished at 39.2 overs

It did indeed hit the bat. Great review. Villani survives.

Looking at the replay, it doesn't look like it had an edge.

  18. Umpire reviewpublished at 39.2 overs

Villani out lbw, but has reviewed it. Looked good at first glance, only thing that can save her is if she got any bat on it.

  19. Watch Anya Shrubsole drop a catchpublished at 16:38 British Summer Time 9 July 2017

We have had some mixed fielding today - Anya Shrubsole won't be happy with this earlier effort...

  20. Aus 165-3published at 39 overs

    Target 260

Just two from the over. You get the feeling that Perry and Villani will wait until the final 10 overs and then change tack. These two can be dangerous at the crease and this match still hangs in the balance.
