That's England's first victory in eight Test matches, and their first Test win since September 2017.
That was 267 days ago.

The last time there was a Test series in England and no batsman scored more than 80 was 1890.
... Just me wishing there was a third Test?
Pakistan showed up at Lord's, England turned up at Headingley - I'd have liked to have seen what would happen if both teams performed at the same time.

It's been a fantastic performance by England at Headingley. They've thrown the criticism back in their critics' faces after a terrible showing at Lord's.

ENGLAND HAVE WON A TEST MATCH! AND THEY'VE DONE IT CONVINCINGLY!
Ahem. Stuart Broad finishes with 3-28 as Mohammad Abbas pops up a simple catch to Joe Root at second slip.
Pakistan are all out in 46 overs. What a turnaround from Lord's.

The player to hit the first ball of their innings for six most in Test cricket is Muttiah Muralitharan, who did it three times.

Mohammad Abbas ducks under a short ball, before sneaking a single through short leg.
Meanwhile, if anyone is near Salford and wants to help sustain a live texter by dropping off some snacks, that would be terrific.
Pakistan are teetering - and here's the last wicket that fell.
(Side note: Dawid Malan's reaction is my favourite thing here)

Shot! Dom Bess pitches it up and Mohammad Amir crisply cracks it away through mid-wicket for four.
Eek, he heaves again but misses this time as the ball spins just past off stump.
And again! This time Bess finds some sharp turn out of the foothole and the ball leaps between keeper and first slip and away for four byes.

Pakistan have made a lot of mistakes ever since the second over of the match when Imam ul-Haq played that loose drive to Stuart Broad and he was caught in the slips.
They've been a shadow of the side that won at Lord's.

According to the telly, Chris Woakes is currently off the field with tightness to his right quad.
Ooft! A wild swing and a miss from Mohammad Abbas to end the over. Tea has been delayed further, given Pakistan are nine down.
Pakistan still trail by 65 runs. It's like these two teams have swapped roles from Lord's.

That catch was quite spectacular actually! The ball kept zipping through and Cook did well to get there.
Alastair Cook, after a fairly shambolic time in the slip cordon at Lord's, has done really well to get hold of that.
There was just a second's hesitation where he waited to see if Bairstow was going to go for the ball. Last man Mohammad Abbas is at the crease.

It went fast to Alastair Cook, who took it very well, two-handed to his left.

Edged and caught!
Hasan Ali is pushing away from his body, Stuart Broad finds the ouside edge and Alastair Cook, after a brief glance towards Jonny Bairstow, dives to his left and gets two hands underneath the ball.
England need one more wicket.

The umpires can extend the session by 15 minutes if a side is eight down.
They can extend it by half an hour if they are nine down.

That went way up in the air - he's just trying to heave everything to mid-wicket.
