  1. Pak 124-8published at 42.1 overs

High in the air by Hasan Ali - and yet somehow it drops safe!

Hasan is reaching for a Dom Bess delivery and he spoons it high up into the air, and the ball lands between three converging fielders. Both Bess and Hasan share grins as they watch it drop to the ground.

Broad and Bairstow are the worst combination for that - they get over-excited.

  5. Not outpublished at 41.2 overs

And that'll be because it's missing the stumps.

Hasan Ali was going for a pull shot and the ball is going to carry on trailing down the leg side. As you were.

Jonny Bairstow is absolutely convinced. He made the review signal to Joe Root, who makes it to the umpire.

An almighty appeal for Stuart Broad for lbw against Hasan Ali.

Jennings is going off. That's sensible, especially with so little of this match left.

Keaton Jennings had ducked his head down to avoid the shot, and I think the ball has bounced up, flicked his thumb and gone up to hit the grille.

He's leaving the field, to warm applause from the crowd.

That happened so quickly, it was fiercely struck by Hasan, right out of the middle of the bat.

  14. ouch!

    Pak 121-8published at 40.5 overs

    Oh! Poor Keaton Jennings!

Short leg is the most horrible place to field, and Jennings has just taken a crack to the grille. It was a full-blooded sweep from Hasan Ali and the ball has bounced up and hit him flush. There's a slight cut on the opener's nose.

Hasan Ali has done a Brendon McCullum! The Kiwi also hit his first ball in an innings for six here.

Hasan Ali get down on one knee to his first ball and swings it over cow corner and into the crowd. Everyone has their hands on their hips.

Salahuddin showed he's got the capability to score and showed great footwork. But the pressure of the situation just got to him there.

Dom Bess gets another one and he can't quite believe it. He's almost laughing at that one. Usman Salahuddin has let himself down and he knows it.

    Salahuddin c Root b Bess 33 (Pak 115-8)

Oh! Usman Salahuddin has holed out!

That's just catching practice. Salahuddin has freed his arms to Bess' first ball and slapped it straight to Joe Root, who is lurking at mid-on. Bess' mouth is genuinely hanging open in surprise.

    Two more wickets for England...
