The only man in this ground more disappointed than Adil Rashid after that is Travis Head.

Possibly the worst ball bowled today and Travis Head has flogged it straight to deep square leg.
Head c Willey b Rashid 63 (Aus 101-1)
Unbelievable. Travis Head has drowned in honey. It's awful from Adil Rashid, the rankest long hop you could ever see. Head can't decide whether to hit it for four or six and, in the confusion, plonks it straight down deep square leg's throat. What a way to go. Head is angrier than a swarm of hornets, but has to drag himself off.

It would be good for England to chase a challenging total under lights with a bit of breeze about this evening.
Finch 34, Head 63
This is a tricky one. Australia are going well, they have wickets in hand, but they are in danger of the game passing them by. Eventually, they get a bit of fortune. Root serves up a horrible leg-stump delivery that Finch sweeps for four. The first boundary in living memory, but the usually biffing Finch has taken 51 balls for his 34.

This is a challenging game for England with their mindset. It's important they don't get complacent and lazy. When you're the number one team in the world, it's these matches that can be tough to keep up the momentum.
Eoin Morgan goes through his options, introducing the wizardry and sleight of hand of Adil Rashid. It's definitely cloudy. Pressure growing on Australia like the gathering of the gloom. Think about single, sent back because they wouldn't have made it halfway. Four from it. Eight overs without the rope being crossed.

This is the first time Joe Root has ever bowled five overs in the first 20 overs of a home ODI.
Finch 28, Head 58
Still Root, still the wait for a boundary continues. Every so often, Root comes over all Lasith Malinga, delivering the ball with such a roundarm action that it's almost underarm. Once again, only singles. Three of them. Root has bowled five overs for 19 runs. Absolute goldust from your sixth bowler.

As a Surrey fan I am so pleased for Ollie Pope but as someone with an interest in history I note that Henry VIII decreed there would be no Pope for England...
Rob
For those wondering what Rob is talking about, Ollie Pope has hit another century for Surrey today. You can listen to their match against Somerset here.
You should be OK now, Dan. That one is all over. 1-1. France-Peru up next, from 16:00 BST. Still Craig Overton. For how long does the sun have to be behind a cloud before we can officially say it is 'cloudy'? Overton warming to his task, keeping this pair honest. Three from it. We haven't had a boundary for six overs.

Wandered into a bar in Perth hoping to watch the cricket only to find wall to wall 'soccer'. It'll have to be BBC updates to keep up to speed as the Aussies here are more interested in watching the Socceroos vs Denmark! What a difference six months makes!
Dan in Perth
Head 56, Finch 23
Still Joe Root, the wind rattling through his blue pyjamas. England have enjoyed employing him during this series, getting the Test skipper rattle through overs as if he attached to the sightscreen by a bungee rope. Deliver ball, run back to mark, repeat. Only three singles from it.
Graeme Swann
Ex-England spinner on BBC Test Match Special
During England's 481 at Trent Bridge we found the one thing in cricket that Joe Root isn't good at.
He's a great Test, ODI and T20 player but he's rubbish batting in the last three overs when his side has already scored 450.
Boat chat on TMS. Still Craig Overton, probably bowling a touch too short, but Australia aren't inflicting mass destruction. It's steady progress, rather than carnage. England won't mind the run-rate, but they'd probably rather like a wicket or two.

As someone who drives one of the larger ferrys between Dover and Dunkirk I can assure Swanny a ship only lists when it takes on water/cargo. When she leans over due to the wind/steering that is known as heeling.
Sean, Liverpool
Aus 75-0
I'm trying to think of a point in this series when it has been better than this for Australia. Maybe when they had England on the ropes at The Oval? Travis Head makes his second half-century in three days, getting to 50 from 43 balls. Polite applause in Durham.
Daniel Norcross
BBC Test Match Special
So far this represents a splendid comeback after Australia were absolutely marmalised at Trent Bridge.
Finch 19, Head 48
Sunlight, shade. Sunlight, shade. Changeable in Durham. Clouds being blown across in front of the sun. Craig Overton, looking more like a second-row forward than cricketer, breathes hard. Justin Langer, the Aussie coach, is on the balcony having a brew.

Roy to open in the Tests, an English Sehwag. Morgan for Malan. Sorted.
