More from South Africa captain Dane van Niekerk: "Marizanne Kapp had some heart palpitations, her heart rate was going up a lot higher than it should, she didn't want to come off but I told her to get off the field. Thanks to England, she's seen the doctor and hopefully she's OK. I feel I've been hitting the ball well but something's not clicking with the side, we need to turn it around."

More from England captain Heather Knight: "Tammy's worked a lot technically, we've seen some different hundreds from her and it was just clean striking today. We want to push each other as a unit, the academy girls underneath are pushing hard and that's what you want as a side. We want to be clear going into the World T20 what our best team and our plans are, and this was close to a perfect performance."
Katherine Brunt, promoted to number four, hit 42 off 16 balls - with sixes to bring up both the 200, and the world record:
England opener Tammy Beaumont on Sky Sports: "It's pretty pleasing to contribute to these wins - our assistant coach Ali Maiden said to me 'I bet you can't get three in three'. I watched the first 10 overs of the New Zealand game, saw what the South African bowlers were trying to do, but I couldn't watch any more as I got a bit nervous."
On having to play two games in a day on Saturday: "We've known the schedule for a number of months so we've been working on our fitness and nutrition, so it's important we recover between those two games on Saturday."
To continue our review with the highlights, Tammy Beaumont pressed on and reached her third successive international century before she was caught and bowled:
South Africa skipper Dane van Niekerk on Sky Sports: "We got a proper hiding from both teams today. I can't fault the batters, but our bowling is an area of concern, we're all over the place at the moment. We spoke between games about what we wanted to do, but did the complete opposite. Tammy batted brilliantly again. We can't complain about two games in a day, our performance made both games harder."
England captain Heather Knight on Sky Sports: "Once we got past 150 we were talking about breaking New Zealand's record. Our coach Mark Robinson told us not to think about it, but I think while the batting will get the headlines, our bowling was outstanding today. We want to bowl better on flat pitches and Anya and Katherine were outstanding."

It's like tournament cricket for South Africa - they have to dust themselves down and bounce back quickly. They found today if you don't bowl with discipline to the likes of Bates and Devine, they'll hit you for boundaries. They didn't have much variation in their bowling in terms of cutters or change of pace.
