Stuart Jarvis: That's a Worcester team shorn of its best two players in Moeen and Joe Leach, and with a bowling attack of extreme youth, ran it so close is both brilliant and devastating. Ben Cox is a keeping god

Neil Smith: Great advert for the 50 over game. That match would have been worthy of being the Lord's final. Gutted at the result especially after the performance by Ben Cox and the rest of the Worcs team

Kent 307-8 (49.4 overs) beat Worcestershire 306-6 by two wickets

Worcestershire captain Callum Ferguson on Sky Sports:

"It's unfortunate that we weren't able to get a win on the board after [Ben] Cox's fantastic innings.

"We certainly got some good exprience into some young players over the course of the tournament.

"That sort of thing is fantastic for the future of the club, but it'll hurt for a while."

I know how he feels but he has been a absolute warrior, all the Worcestershire players will be disconsolate but they really have played so well.
