  1. Kent 81-3published at 18th over

    Kuhn 42, Rouse 28

A dog in the office momentarily distracts me from the cricket, but fortunately it's a pretty quiet over.

Just three runs come from Patrick Brown's second set of six.

Worcestershire could use a quick wicket here.

  2. Kent 77-3published at 17th over

    Kuhn 40, Rouse 27

Adam Rouse presents a very difficult chance as he clips a ball into the leg-side, but it falls just wide of the fielder.

Kent take five runs from the over.

  3. Kent 72-3published at 16th over

    Kuhn 38, Rouse 24

Callum Ferguson has seen enough of Brett D'Oliveira's leg-spin for now, turning to seamer Patrick Brown in search of a breakthrough

The 19-year-old doesn't pick up a wicket, but he keeps the batsmen in check as only three runs are taken.

Luke Brooks: all the time Kuhn stays in we have a chance.

Neil Jeffery: after years in the wilderness it is wonderful to have Kent in a one day semi-final. I still have faith

  5. Kent 69-3published at 15th over

    Kuhn 37, Rouse 22

Heino Kuhn looks just as good as the form book suggested, taking his total to 37 from 38 balls.

Adam Rouse is playing equally well at the other end today, picking up another boundary off Ed Barnard as nine runs come from the over.

  6. Watch: Henry's amazing catchpublished at 15:58 British Summer Time 17 June 2018

Some things bear repeating more than once. Take a look back at this stupendous effort by Matt Henry to get rid of Brett D'Oliveira during the Worcestershire innings.

  7. Kent 60-3published at 14th over

    Kuhn 34, Rouse 16

Heino Kuhn makes it two fours in two balls for Kent, swiping the first ball of Brett D'Oliveira's fourth over to the rope.

D'Oliveira almost has his revenge with the final ball as Kuhn is fortunate to see an inside edge stay well clear of the stumps.

Eight off the over - Kent are starting to settle into this innings at long last.

  8. Kent 52-3 - target 307published at 13th over

    Kuhn 27, Rouse 15

Adam Rouse has his first boundary of the innings as Ed Barnard offers a little bit of width outside off-stump.

Rouse rocks back and cuts the ball sweetly through backward point.

  9. Kent 46-3published at 12th over

    Kuhn 26, Rouse 10

Another tidy enough over from Brett D'Oliveira, five coming from it.

It looks bad for Kent, but they're actually in the same position Worcestershire were at this point.

If Heino Kuhn sticks around long enough to let Darren Stevens and company hit out at the end of the innings, Kent are still in with a good shout.

  10. Kent 41-3published at 11th over

    Kuhn 25, Rouse 6

Dillon Pennington is given a break from the attack, so Ed Barnard - who hit 50 from 28 balls for Worcestershire - is on for his first bowl of the afternoon.

Barnard offers much the same as Pennington, consistent line and length keeping Kent to four runs from the over.

  11. Kent 37-3published at 10th over

    Kuhn 23, Rouse 4

Adam Rouse cuts to the off-side boundary and scampers back for a second run, but that's all Kent have to show from Brett D'Oliveira's second over.

Kent are 37-3 at the end of the first powerplay.

  12. Kent 35-3published at 9th over

    Kuhn 23, Rouse 2

Dillon Pennington keeps impressing is his first senior appearance at New Road.

Four runs come from his latest over, meaning he finishes the first powerplay with 2-17 from five overs.

Terrific work from the young seamer.

It was a long wide half-volley to Sean Dickson lobbed up from the leg-spinner.

A safe pair of hands from the Worcestershire captain Callum Ferguson.

That's another huge wicket and the three early wickets are very similar to the first innings.

  15. Kent 31-3published at 8th over

    Kuhn 22, Rouse 0

    Brilliant bowling from Brett D'Oliveira.

Just one run comes from the over, and he almost has a second wicket to show for his efforts as Adam Rouse is fortunate not to be bowled by a ball which didn't turn.

  16. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 7.3 overs

    Dickson c Ferguson b D'Oliveira 8

A change of bowling, but not a change in fortune for Kent.

Brett D'Oliveira comes into the attack to bowl his leg-spin, Sean Dickson can't resist a drive through the off-side, and Callum Ferguson takes a smart, low catch.

Adam Rouse is the next man in.

  17. Pennington's double breakthroughpublished at 15:34 British Summer Time 17 June 2018

    Worcestershire 308-6 (50 overs) v Kent 30-2 (7 overs)

He's played for the England Under-19 team but Worcestershire teenager Dillon Pennington had only made one first-team appearance before being chosen against Kent in the One-Day Cup semi-final.

But the paceman - whose middle name is, appropriately, Young - rose to the occasion by dismissing Daniel Bell-Drummond and Joe Denly.

  18. Kent 30-2 - target 307published at 7th over

    Kuhn 21, Dickson 8

Kent are not taking any chances having already lost two wickets, just taking the singles when they're on offer.

Five runs come from Dillon Pennington's fourth

  19. Kent 25-2published at 6th over

    Kuhn 18, Dickson 6

A better over from Charlie Morris.

Just one run comes from his third set of six, Heino Kuhn moving on to 18 from 19 balls.

  20. Kent 24-2published at 5th over

    Kuhn 17, Dickson 6

More fine work from Dillon Pennington.

He's not rapid, bowling a shade under 80mph, but he's bowling a good line and getting just enough movement to keep Kent's batsmen honest.

Just two runs come from the over.
