England have 8 players averaging greater than 50 in this series... I think Tom Curran's batting ability has earned him a place in the WC squad.

J Slats: The fact that I’m ‘disappointed’ that England ‘only’ scored 351 after such a good start says it all. This cricket team is very special.

The pitch is a little slower to the previous two games. The boundaries are there for the batsmen with the size.

There is a little there for the spinners. You feel Moeen Ali and Adil Rashid will fancy getting something out of the pitch. It won't be ragging square but it might be enough. Fakhar Zaman will be key. You fancy England will have enough to defend this.

In fact, England needed a late cameo from Tom Curran to scramble beyond 350. But is it enough?

England looked well placed on 222-2, but a clatter of wickets pegged back their initial expectations of reaching 400.

Morgan, in particular, was enjoying his range hitting.

That brought together Joe Root and Eoin Morgan, whose partnership was the best of the day so far. They put on 117 for the third wicket.

Pakistan will still need to go some to chase this down.

Sarfaraz and Hassan Ali are still having a brief exchange of views about that final over.

England have posted a score of 350+ and yet it still feels like a bit of an anti-climax.

Good from Hassan Ali, going full, but Tom Curran whips his wrists and manages to jog a single.

That's a lovely little cameo from TCurran, and Pakistan will need 352 to win.

Tom Curran does not lack belief in himself. I love his attitude. He has got 'it' whatever 'it' is.

A yorker from Hassan Ali, and Tom Curran turns down a single.

It is rude from Tom Curran. It is like he is tossing the caber!

    Shot! Tom Curran!

He scoops over his head for four more! I mean, he's got himself into an awful position, playing the short ball with his head thrown back like he's having his hair washed at a salon, but it's gone for four. Astonishing.

Tom Curran's got hold of that one though!

It's a slower ball from Hassan Ali and Curran absolutely smashes it down the ground for a six. Sarfaraz death glares at his bowler for a solid 20 seconds as the ball sails into the sightscreen.
