It's not going well for South Africa. They've lost their first two games and now pace spearhead Dale Steyn is out of the tournament. More on that to come.
De Silva c Shahzad b Hassan 0 (SL 149-5)
Another one. The second duck of the innings. Headbanded Hassan wheels away in delight as Shahzad pouches the edge, not in the textbook manner perhaps but safely nonetheless. Four wickets for five runs in 11 balls.

Spice: Beware of the turn on Moist Tuesdays in Wales! Spinners paradise!
Perera has hit some sweetly-timed strokes as we can see, but he has just watched from the other end as three of his colleagues have departed.
Mathews c Shah b Nabi 0 (SL 146-4)
Angelo was clearly a little flustered and after all that fiddling with his equipment he can take it all off again now - he's gone second ball, caught at slip via the knee of burly wicketkeeper Shahzad. Three wickets in the over. Dramatic scenes.

Afghanistan's fans look like they've just won the World Cup!
Former skipper Angelo Mathews is the new man and he is still sorting out his various pieces of equipment as he walks out to the crease. That's what two wickets in three balls can do. We all remember those panics in the dressing room.

That was a comfortable catch for the slip catcher. After two fantastic partnerships, Afghanistan are fighting back.
K Mendis c Shah b Nabi 2 (SL 146-3)
Two wickets in three balls, it's a tentative prod and gleefully snaffled at slip.

Pressure creates wicket-taking opportunities - I think that's something Rashid Khan started a couple of overs ago and it's led to this.
Thirimanne b Nabi 25 (SL 144-2)
That kept a bit low and it crashes off the inside edge into the timbers.

I'm really enjoying Perera's innings - he got beaten by a good delivery from Hassan, looked to the sky, realised this is cricket and got his head down for the next one.
Kusal Perera's 50 is his first in England & Wales - this being his 15th ODI knock here.
Thanks Amy. The colourful figure of Hassan continues and having gone for 30 in his first two overs, only 10 have come from the last two. He beats the well-set Perera with beauty that seams away. I would love to have seen Jimmy Anderson bowl on this green seamer. Let's have a look at a graphic of the innings so far.
Time for me to take my leave - here's Jamie Lillywhite.
Excellent from Rashid Khan, scampering across in his follow-through and stopping Lahiru Thirimanne rotating the strike.
There's hands on heads as Thirimanne plays all around his pad, but there's enough bat on ball to scamper a single.

Anthony Walton: Has extras ever made an honours board before?
Hassan 3-0-35-0
A play and a miss for the first time in a while, as Lahiru Thirimanne flirts with a delivery that just hangs outside his off stump.
Mohammad Nabi admonishes himself for a fluff in the deep, dropping the ball as he tries to throw it back to the keeper, but Sri Lanka can only take five from the over.
Gulbadin Naib has, unsurprisingly, taken himself out of the attack.
Hamid Hassan replaces him.
