England are in a brilliant position - especially when you talk about doubling the score at 30 overs. That would give them 400.
Shakib top-scores with 121 but Bangladesh always well behind run-rate in chase of 387
Three wickets for Stokes; Archer (3-30) impresses with hostile new-ball spell
England post their highest ever World Cup total; first team to score seven consecutive totals of 300-plus

A single brings up the England 200 in the 31st over. That's decent going.
Ben Stokes is giggling away on the England balcony. It's no surprise they are looking so relaxed. I can't see Jos Buttler. Is he getting himself ready?
Three boundaries in a row. This is the biggest of the lot.
Roy punts Shakib back over his head for six to the short boundary.
He's some player.
And again! Same shot and same result.
Shakib Al Hasan returns for his eighth over with Bangladesh desperately in need for a wicket.
Four!
There's no stopping that. Roy creams this through the covers.

How accurate is the "double the score after 30 overs" method and after how many wickets lost does it become irrelevant? Eg a team 200-7 after 30 overs clearly won't get 400.

Jason Roy fancies a bit of these Bangaldesh seamers. He takes a couple of steps down the pitch but fails to middle this one.
The quick bowlers have definitely been easier to hit today which makes you wonder if England are regretting dropping a spinner in Moeen for seamer Liam Plunkett.

I've come to the River Taff End, which is the opposite end to the media centre. It's given a much better indication of the strength of the wind, which is absolutely howling through. 5 live's Elly Oldroyd is broadcasting from a temporary box, atop some scaffolding. It's swaying in the breeze. Good view, mind.
That's some picture.

Roy 107, Root 19
Bangladesh are struggling to create any pressure. Even when The Fizz bowls two dots England sprint a two. Excellent running.
If a wicket does fall will England promote Jos Buttler? It feels like a situation when England would do so.

Someone has just come and checked umpire Joel Wilson over after the end of the over. Roy is a big lad. Both Roy and Wilson were watching the ball, rather than each other.
That collision could have been worse.

It's always difficult as a captain, you're thinking at the back of your mind you could get hit into the river. But England have had more trouble against spin - and Bangladesh have got so many spin options.
Roy 101, Root 18
As ever Jason Roy has hit some big boundaries in this century. This was one of them from earlier, smacked into the wind.
It's blowing a gale out there so on a normal day this would have been six.

David Merson: Roooooooooy.
Alex Shand: I sense a Jos Buttler special coming up today.
That's not a bad start, is it?!
Joe Root now hits his first boundary with a well-timed pull behind square.
A big score is on the cards.

Jason Roy's ninth hundred in ODI cricket, his third in eight innings this year. It's the third century for England in the tournament and they have never had three hundreds in a World Cup before.
The England players were all celebrating Roy's hundred before covering their faces with their hands in shock when he knocked the umpire over.
Thankfully everyone looks to be okay.

Tremendous innings. Lots of skill power, control. A fumble on the boundary - again it's poor from Bangladesh. He crashed into the umpire, they were both looking the other way, I've not seen that before.
