  1. WI 141-3published at 29 overs

Shimron Hetmyer has gone for the floppy hat now. It's a strong look.

That's not quite so nice though, Hetmyer having an awful hoick at Adil Rashid as he tries to sweep, before he thumps the last ball of the over towards Eoin Morgan at cover. Hetmyer shows his annoyance as he swings and misses at yet another Rashid wrong 'un.

  2. WI 139-3published at 28 overs

    Pooran 43, Hetmyer 37

Full from Joe Root and Nicholas Pooran, a little awkwardly, shuffles the ball off his pads and into the off side.

Just two runs from the over. Tidy.

I think this is good from Eoin Morgan, to get the ball spinning away from the left-hander.

  4. WI 139-3published at 27.5 overs

Shimron Hetmyer is batting without a cap. No helmet, no cap, just a terrific blonde lid on show.

Give him the World Cup now.

Well, at least we know the bails come off.

I don't know what that was about. The umpires had a discussion, then walked away and nobody was none the wiser. We probably never will be.

  7. WI 137-3published at 27.1 overs

    What's happened there?!

Joe Root's gone running away in celebration, thinking Nicholas Pooran has smashed his bat into the stumps, but it's actually Jos Buttler's gloves that have disturbed the zing bails.

Double spin now - here's Joe Root.

Now then. Jason Roy has emerged from the dressing room.

He's not on the pitch - he's stood just beyond the advertising boards, talking to a member of the England staff, and going through what looks to be a couple of stretches.

  10. WI 137-3published at 27 overs

A big swing from Nicholas Pooran, eyeing up Adil Rashid for another six, but the ball bobbles on the bounce to Chris Woakes at deep cover.

Some wristy flicks keeps the singles ticking along but, after a bit of a battering in the last over, that's a good comeback by Rashid.

Jack Kirkland: Maybe an unpopular opinion but I haven’t been that impressed by Rashid this World Cup. Hoping he surprises me this game but he seems to be so readable for the batsmen.

  13. WI 130-3published at 26 overs

    Run-rate 5.0

That's better from Ben Stokes, back-to-back yorkers tapped away by the batsmen, before Nicholas Pooran flicks a leggy single away.

A clever bit of running ensures West Indies work two from the final ball of the over.

With this acceleration from the West Indies, Eoin Morgan might be tempted to get Jofra Archer or Mark Wood loose.

    Four more!

Shimron's got his eye in. Down the ground goes Ben Stokes' second delivery, Hetmyer clearing his front leg and thumping the ball back past the bowler.

  16. WI 122-3published at 25.1 overs

Shot! A flay of the bat from Shimron Hetmyer, and he clubs Ben Stokes through mid-on for a stonking four.

    Cheers, Jack.

I am 100% here to watch Pooran and Hetmyer working the England bowlers around. Two of my favourite batsmen.

Only James Anderson and Graeme Swann have more men's ODI wickets at this venue than Adil Rashid (9).

  20. WI 118-3published at 25 overs

    Run rate 4.72

Good reply from Adil Rashid, beating Nicholas Pooran with a googly. Jos Buttler whips off the bails but Pooran never left his crease.

    Turn for Rashid there.
