  2. And in Division Two...published at 10:49 British Summer Time 14 April 2019

Here's the state of play in our five matches:

Sussex are closing in on their first championship win of the season against Durham.

They resume at Chester-le-Street today on 144-3 - just 68 short of victory.

Middlesex have a battle on their hands at Lord's, where they begin day four on 68-2, trailing Lancashire by 94.

Sam Robson and nightwatchman James Harris are at the crease for the hosts.

Worcestershire remain in control at Grace Road, where Leicestershire are 132-4, a mini recovery after slumping to 31-3, but the hosts remain 119 behind and in need of a big innings from Colin Ackermann, who resumes with nightwatchman Chris Wright.

Derbyshire begin day four of their match in Bristol on 97-2, a lead of 38 over Gloucestershire.

Wayne Madsen (41*) and Tom Lace (48*) are at the crease for the visitors.

A draw looks inevitable in Cardiff where Northants continue their innings on 522-4 in reply to Glamorgan's 570-8 declared.

Five batsmen have made centuries in the match to date. Rob Keogh (73*) and Adam Rossington (32*) to resume the batting.

Three games will continue into day four. Here's the state of play:

Warwickshire are battling to avoid an innings defeat at Edgbaston and begin day four 79 runs in arrears against Kent on 79-4.

Harry Podmore struck early in the evening session, removing Will Rhodes lbw for a duck in the first over of the innings.

He later had Liam Banks caught behind for nine. Sam Hain and Tim Ambrose are the not out batsmen.

Surrey resume at the Oval 68-0 in their second innings against Essex, a lead of 15, so a draw looks likely barring an extraordinary session or two of play. Rory Burns and Mark Stoneman are both unbeaten on 34.

Sir Alastair Cook may have to wait a while though for another bat.

Yorkshire hold all the aces at the Ageas Bowl, where Hampshire are 54-5 in their second innings, trailing by 198.

Three wickets in the innings so far by White Rose captain Steven Patterson and Matthew Waite has 2-16.

Rilee Rossouw (2*) and Liam Dawson (12*) will resume the rearguard.

Ah, Sunday morning and county cricket on the agenda.

Sounds like the perfect combination to me before settling in on the sofa this evening for more nail-biting drama to round off your weekend.

Before you say it, I don't mean the final round of The Masters at Augusta, it's the third episode of Line of Duty tonight on BBC One!

But before we find out any more on who H might be (if you watch it, you'll know), there's a few sides out there searching for a W on the last day of this round.

Several sides in a strong position, how many will be toasting victory this evening?
