The best thing about that toss? Jason Holder going for a handshake, Ben Stokes for a fist bump. Followed by some awkward laughs.

Hugo Flaxman: Goodness me. It's a brave man that says 'bat first' under those clouds. Fair play to Stokes, but this has a definite feel of a 45-4 by tea. Very happy for England to prove me completely wrong.

Former England captain on BBC Test Match Special
It will be tough for England batting this afternoon but batting fourth will be also with the ball going up and down.
A good toss to lose? Jason Holder just told TMS that he would have bowled first anyway.
A big decision that from Ben Stokes.
West Indies captain Jason Holder: "Overhead conditions suggest we could make use of it. We've gone with four quicks and Roston Chase for a spin opton. Discipline is the name of the game.
"It's been a little strange not being able to move out of the hotel. It is what it is and we've just got to crack on with it. Preparation has been very good; we enjoyed it."
So, as expected, England leave out Stuart Broad. Archer, Anderson and Wood start.
England captain Ben Stokes: "We are trying to get the best conditions out of it. With the overheads, there was a little discussion but that didn't change our initial thought process.
"It feels hard on top and it is not going to have too much pace in it. In recent times spin came in later in the game. Hopefully we can put the pressure on the board with big first innings runs.
"Very, very tough decision with [leaving out] Broad and Woakes but we feel with Woody and Jofra's pace it adds another dimension. There was a lot of disappointment around but they took it like champions."
Team news and some captain interviews coming your way...
Ben Stokes' Test captaincy begins by winning the toss.
And England decide to bat first.
Nice one, Matt.
Not the first few hours any of us were hoping for. But things are looking positive. The toss is just a few minutes away.
We. Want. Cricket. And we want it now.
Paul, if you're reading please get in touch. And everyone else too. Let us know how you're following this game in these new times.
My first stint of working-from-home post-lockdown cricket wasn't quite as I hoped.
Kal Sajad is here to take over. Speak later.

I have just read the Freddie Levy saga! A story for the ages! I wonder if Paul and his son are reading this today.

I have word from the umpires...
If there's no further rain play will begin at 14:00 BST.
The toss will take place in 15 minutes at 13:30.

There's activity in the middle. The covers are going off. The umpires are heading into the dressing room direction with a purposeful stride. We'll keep an eye on all of that.
I see socially distanced groundstaff rolling up the covers. We could have a toss, team news and cricket soon.
HERE WE GO.

Much brighter now. Covers coming off.
If anyone doesn't know what I'm talking about head here and do a lot of scrolling.
That South Africa series feels like an age ago.

Imagine trying to explain that Freddie Levy reference (see 12:53 entry). That is some seriously niche banter and I absolutely love it. Oh how I've missed cricket and the BBC coverage.
Freddie (sadly not Levy), Kent
We continue to wait. The next official inspection should be at 13:10 BST.
It's all quiet at the Ageas Bowl, mostly because there's hardly anyone there.
