That was a lovely shot, you can hear some of the West Indies squad members in the hotel above us greeting the shot.

It's a good contest this. It's building up into a great Test. England under the pressure, West Indies looking to build a lead.

That said, Chase has looked at ease against Wood. A textbook drive for four now.

West Indies are going to breeze this!

  3. WI 151-3published at 46.2 overs

Wood has been England's best bowler today for me. He was unlucky with a few edges earlier and just as I write, Chase inside edges one from him within a couple of inches of his stumps.

Four balls to go before lunch.

Peaky: Does anyone think Broad, Woakes or even Curran would have been less effective than Wood has been? This is not a quick wicket, Wood has been bowling at 90mph+ and the West Indies batsmen have all played him with relative ease.

For all of the talk about Stuart Broad, and I think it was probably the wrong decision to leave him out, he didn't take a wicket in the intra-squad warm-up.

There is no guarantee he'd have bowled like we know he can had he played.

Chase looks up to the challnege so far. A lovely drive for four at the end of Wood's over. West Indies have been so good in this match, haven't they?

It may be sunnier today but it isn't too hot. Big Rahkeem Cornwall is wrapped in a towel on the boundary edge.

This will be a little test in the next 10 minutes for Brooks and Chase. England will be bowling short.

And this is the wicket for Kraigg Brathwaite. Umpire's call on both impact on height. A tight one...

    Carlos isn't happy.

Below are the five decisions West Indies had to overturn yesterday.

The umpires won't be doing it deliberately but it'll be frustrating for West Indies.

    Brooks 25, Chase 0

We're just seeing a replay of Stokes puffing his cheeks out when the replay of that wicket was shown. I think he knew it was a little lucky. West Indies must be feeling hard done to with all of these decisions.

Brooks meanwhile continues to look every bit a Test-class batsman, driving for another boundary. This one came a little earlier...

Roston Chase is the new batsman. He scored a hundred in his last game against England last year.

That is a very, very tight one. And it's one where the batsman might feel very aggrieved. But it's a vital wicket, England needed that.

Brathwaite lbw Stokes 65 (WI 140-3)

England can count themselves a little fortunate - and Brathwaite himself unfortunate. It was umpire's call on impact and height but the on-field decision stands.

England have a third wicket and it's the big one of Kraigg Brathwaite.

Very tight on that front line again, but he's OK. It looks high.

No bat. This could be good for England.

It did seem to keep low that one. I think virtually every decision has been reviewed so far. Stokes was so confident.

But has Stokes got his man lbw this time?!

Again the umpire's decision goes against West Indies and the batsman sends it upstairs.

    Runs, runs, runs.

Captain Stokes only has himself to blame. Three wayward deliveries are all sent to the boundary by Kraigg Brathwaite.
