I have never seen it go for four one-bounce off the helmet before. Finch must have a hard head.
A little bit of width allows Aaron Finch to climb into a cut shot and it takes a skip off a practice pitch which leaves backward point with no chance. That relieves some of the pressure somewhat.
Ooh! Good comeback from Jofra Archer though as a well-directed straight bouncer cannons into top of Finch's helmet and away over the keeper for four more. We're going to have a delay here while they check over the helmet and Finch.

Alex Edwards: I repeat... I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever get tired of seeing David Warner get out early.

There's not as much seam movement as we saw from Australia.
Target 232
Good comeback from Chris Woakes with three dot balls to end the over.
This is a good opportunity for Marcus Stoinis to nail down his place in the Australia top-order.

That's class. He's realised Woakes is trying to hit the length and he gets closer to it.
This is elegance at its best.
Marcus Stoinis takes a step down the pitch and just lofts Chris Woakes straight back down the ground.
He holds the pose for good measure, too.

Steve L: Good long look at the pitch there on the way off from Warner. The ideal way to fill the rest of the batsmen in your team with confidence...

Jofra's living rent free in David Warner's head. Warner has got out to him in every innings on this tour and seven times in all international cricket, scoring just 57 runs in the process. It's an interesting match-up to keep an eye on.
Death, Taxes, David Warner failing in England.
Warner not doing well has got to be high up on the 'things you love to see' list for any cricket fan.
England and Jofra are on the charge.

It's the extra bounce. Perfect start for England- and this has got the makings of a real good game.

This is where Eoin Morgan comes into it - England will want to build pressure.
Warner c Buttler b Archer 6 (Aus 9-1)
Last summer Stuart Broad had the wood on David Warner, this summer Jofra Archer has the wood on David Warner.
It's a beauty from Archer - moving across Warner, at 91mph, and the left-hander has a tentative little prod and gets a feather through to Jos Buttler.
Archer has dismissed Warner in all four games that the opener has played in this tour now.

It's a difficult pitch to time the ball on. You really have to bide your time in the middle.
Target 232
We're starting to see signs that the pitch isn't the easiest to bat on in the reply too.
First of all David Warner is too early on a drive and the bat turns in his hand before one keeps a bit low on Aaron Finch which he edges into his pads.
Much better fielding from England, and Jofra Archer this time, restricts Finch a single. That was racing to the fence if Archer hadn't got across.

Archer is at 86mph - he looks quicker than that. He looks like he's got rhythm.
Some of us are still working from home while doing these lives and during Friday's first game a family member came in and said "why is he wearing his chains, surely that isn't allowed?", in reference to Jofra Archer. The chains are well and truly tucked in underneath his shirt at the moment.
A wide loose ball is cut away by David Warner for three. Warner, as he often does, looks busy.
That's better from Jof though as Aaron Finch has to get his bat down quickly to dig out a well-directed yorker to end the over.
Jofra Archer is going to take the second new ball.
He's stood, waiting for David Warner, singing along to the Dua Lipa tune that the Old Trafford DJ is blaring out.

You get a sense that Australia are going to go for it in these first 10 overs.
David Warner steers it down to third man to keep the strike.
What an utterly chaotic and, at times, shambolic first over.
