I'm not quite sure why that needed to be sent upstairs.

He's well out and that's good work from the wicketkeeper.
Rashid run out (Tucker) 3 (Eng 298-9)
Tremendous fielding by Ireland keeper Lorcan Tucker.
That wasn't really on, even accounting for the keeper needing to take the glove off to pick up and throw.
Adil Rashid dives in vain but Tucker had already nailed his throw into the base of the stumps.

That looks out.
Tom Curran tries to scurry a risky single as the ball goes behind him but Lorcan Tucker whips off the glove quickly and throws down the stumps.
Adil Rashid should be gone here.
A couple of mighty sixes from David Willey...
Craig Young sends down a couple of bouncers that Tom Curran just leaves, with the England batsman looking at the square leg umpire after the second. No wide on height though and that's canny stuff from Young.
He tries it a third time but gets it wrong and now that is a wide on height.
Curran cuts the last ball away to deep point for a single.

Sitting on a campsite near Llangefni, Anglesey listening to TMS whilst keeping an eye on the poles and pegs of our caravan awning as the winds are gusting at 55mph! At least we've managed to get away for a week... So thankful to hear some cricket this summer - a big thanks to all involved in making it possible!

That would have been an absolute blinder, had it been taken at mid-wicket.

Adil Rashid whips it off his pads, just beyond the dive of Harry Tector at mid-wicket and away for two to get off the mark.
Tom Curran swipes down the ground for a single to put new man Adil Rashid on strike for the first time.

It's a crucial wicket and again it's our man Curtis. When Ireland look dead and buried he comes up with the goods.
Upon reflection David Willey probably went a bit early. There was a real opportunity with him at the crease for 330.
Willey c Balbirnie b Campher 51 (Eng 289-8)
That man Curtis Campher again - a canny slower ball that deceives David Willey.
He goes to bash it down the ground but is through the shot too early and the ball is skied towards mid-on.
Ireland captain Andrew Balbirnie steadies himself and takes a fine catch, looking into the sun.
That should help put the brakes on England.
A very costly no-ball...

You feel it's a bit damage limitation from Ireland here. Now that David Willey is in England will be thinking about 320 and maybe beyond. It's a time for Ireland to keep it tidy.
It's fine work by David WIlley and Tom Curran but Ireland will be crushed at how easily England have moved back into a position where they should clear 300 with ease.

That was a massive hit - it almost landed on the roof. Well played, David Willey.

What a hit! He smashes through it and David Willey has got the taste for this again.
Dropping Stuart Broad from a Test got him to bowl some of his best ever spells against West Indies.
Dropping David Willey from the World Cup squad has appeared to turn him into a different, better player.
This is a mighty blow - absolutely banjaxed into the stands over mid-wicket and a brilliiant way to bring up his 50.
