Just the one over for Ben Stokes.
Saqib Mahmood, who took three wickets in his first spell, is back on.
Here's how Sohaib Maqsood was run out. Messy.
Faheem Ashraf, who averages just 12.6 in ODI cricket, is the new batter. He does average 38 in Test cricket, so he's capable of helping Pakistan rebuild here.
This has been the perfect day so far for England.

That's a big wicket, the one England wanted. He has played some lovely shots but he's had a bad 15 minutes, a run out for which he was culpable and now this.
Fakhar c Crawley b Parkinson 47 (Pak 90-6)
Soft!
It is probably the worse delivery that Matt Parkinson has bowled so far, but as is so often the case it brings the wicket.
It's short, and Fakhar Zaman tries to cut it away, but just tamely loops it up to Zak Crawley at point.
Pakistan are in a heap of trouble.

At this rate, England will have to start playing themselves in order to get a decent opposition for a series. We've clearly got the talent for 2 teams, I'd pay to watch today's squad against the previous squad!
Jack, Oxford
This is the first time Ben Stokes has bowled in a home international since August 2020. He missed the back end of last summer to visit his ill father in New Zealand, and hasn't featured so far this summer due to a finger injury.
He's in the wars already, as he stops a straight drive. Thankfully it's not the new troublesome hand, it's the old one instead!
Ben Stokes is into the attack...
This drop only cost England four runs at least...
Excellent again from Matt Parkinson, with just a single from the over.
You feel he's ready to play international cricket, but is finding opportunities hard to come by, with Adil Rashid being so consistent in recent years.

Zaman absolutely sold Maqsood down the river there. It's exactly what Pakistan didn't want after they'd started to recover.
Sohaib Maqsood entertained us, while he was in.
The normal England team are so good at finding ways to take wickets in white-ball cricket. This side have taken over that mantle impressively so far.
Shadab Khan is the new batter. They'll have to rebuild again now.

This crowd is much lower than recent matches because of Covid rules in Wales. It has resulted in a very chilled atmosphere and pretty much no queues for the bars.
Maqsood run out (Vince) 19 (Pak 79-5)
Uh oh. What a mix-up!
Fakhar Zaman hits one straight to James Vince at short mid-wicket, and sets off. Sohaib Maqsood hesitates, before setting off. They both end up in the middle of the pitch, and Maqsood is sent back.
It's clever from Vince. He realises he's got time, so runs in a bit, leaving him with a simple 10-yard throw onto the stumps, and Maqsood is a good few yards short.
Maqsood stands there, in disbelief. Fakhar is sloped over his bat at the striker's end. A big disappointment.
Shot! Fakhar Zaman has looked so good. He picks up four more with a lovely on-drive, and it brings up the fifty partnership.
Pakistan are recovering well.

A decent start from Matt Parkinson.
Excellent, accurate start from Matt Parkinson, with just three singles from the over.
This is an opportunity for him to push for a T20 World Cup spot. He's played two ODIs and two Twenty20's for England, but has also spent a lot of time carrying the drinks over the last 16 months.
It's time for a bit of spin in the form of Matt Parkinson.
He's on at the River Taff End, which means a very short hit straight down the ground.
Good luck, lad.
