Phil Salt is not going to die wondering here, I don't think.
Three consecutive boundaries!
Poor bowling from Faheem. Wide, little movement and Salt swings his arms and clobbers it through the off side for another boundary.
The next shot is less convincing, an inside edge down to fine leg, but he then plays a sweet straight drive down the ground.
Entertaining batting!

Jason Cole: Phil Salt has a feel of David Warner in the way he plays.
A change in bowling for Pakistan as Faheem Ashraf replaces Shaheen Afridi.

It has been all-action cricket.
The Pakistan bowlers have bowled with intent, but the England batters have played intent too. The two early wickets have set Pakistan off at a good pace.
I can't see there being any fans with a half-and-half shirt tomorrow night at Wembley with 'Englitalian' on the back.

There’s a guy in front of me in a half-and-half shirt with Englistan on the back.
Lord's is looking full, the noise has picked up and the England fans are treated to Phil Salt carving Shaheen Afridi through point for four.
The Pakistan seamer was bowling well wide of his crease there and Salt did well to adjust his body and middle the ball.

Ashley Hague: A good game this and we now get to see some James Vince! Atmosphere at the ground looks amazing.
Salt 19, Vince 8
Close! Vince, looking to play another drive through the off side, nearly inside-edges into his stumps and England scramble two runs.

James Vince punishes a wide delivery from Hassan Ali by smashing it through cover for four.
After having everything their own way in the first ODI, this new-look England will need to show some grit and character now.

Shaheen Afridi has been smart. He bowled a couple of balls in to James Vince, and then sent one across him.

James Vince was bowled for a duck by a left-armer in his last innings for England on this ground. Anyone remember the bowler?
