This remains the only wicket to fall today...

Rohit is a big man but he's got a wonderfully deft touch.
Rohit 88, Pujara 43
A painful success for you, Martyn.
Rohit takes two more boundaries - both on the sweep - from Moeen's latest over. His century is looking a formality now.

Martyn Hearne: During Euro 96 and the England v Spain quarter-final, I dropped a catch and dislocated two fingers, sat in the pavilion with my hand in a pint glass full of ice whilst watching the penalty shootout that ensued.
I foolishly forgot about Stokes when I listed England's absentees a few overs back. Yes. They're really missing him ruffling a few feathers. There's nothing there for Anderson this latest over.

England looking Stokesless here.

Is it just my simple mind laughing at the words "runs" and "food poisoning" in the same sentence? I like your story, Alan, but I'm not prepared to give myself food poisoning to get out of my next fielding stint.
Rohit drives Moeen beautifully over extra cover for four.

Food poisoning worked for me. Sheffield Bankers on tour in 1987 to Berkshire. We were due to play 3 matches over a long weekend, and I got a duck in the first two. Then I was up all night doing what you do with food poisoning. I was told I wasn't returning to Sheffield with zero runs, so they let me off fielding, then when we were 5 wickets down and I was bolstered by energy tablets, they stuck a bat in my hand and shoved me out into the middle. I hit the winning runs, which meant I got into double figures twice - 11 not out and 10 times to visit the bathroom during the night.
Adrian, currently at the Empire, Shepherd's Bush.
Rohit 73, Pujara 42
The change almost works as Anderson zips one past the edge of Rohit's bat. The delivery gets the crowd excited, the 25,000 spectators waking from their slump to cheer Anderson on. Bairstow claps his gloves behind the stumps.
A bowling change.
'England turn to Jimmy Anderson in need of a wicket Part 3,476'.

There's a lot of talk about the lack of variety in England's attack but they have been hurt by injuries.
They seem to be managing Mark Wood, Jofra Archer is out as is Olly Stone, who was wearing some sort of corset following back surgery while commentating on TMS earlier this summer.

The beach ball is back ... oh wait, the steward's got it. He looks very gleeful about it. That won't go down well.
I'm not sure about the technique of first slip there.
The crowd is getting distracted, slapping a beach ball around. Root is back on the field so if it was a tactics meeting it was a short one.

Big game under the Finn Stand. Fielders include a jockey and a pint of beer.

It's all quiet on the house discount front sadly.
Ollie Robinson looks like someone who has done a lot of bowling in the last two months.
Joe Root has just left the field. A toilet break or a tactics chat with the coach?

Former India wicketkeeper on BBC Test Match Special
It looks absolutely superb for batting. You've got two set batsmen and the bowlers are starting to look tired.
Rohit 67, Pujara 40
No change in momentum after drinks as Moeen continues. It's the Bharat Army's saxophone I can hear not the Barmy Army's trumpeter.
Michael Vaughan

India have not just got their noses in front, they're starting to gallop in front now.

Pujara still doesn't look comfortable on that ankle but he's doing the job.
I bet some of you have used more innovative ways to get out of fielding. My dog ate my whites kinda stuff. Let me know.
