An hour gone. Two wickets lost for England.
Oh, that's close! Jonny Bairstow leans back to cut and ends up rifling the ball right through where a second slip could, and probably should, be. Ajinkya Rahane had no chance of getting near to that.

Events from the last two Tests have clearly sapped these players' of confidence. The guys seem to be reaching and prodding at every ball rather than simply trying to hit it.
Tim, Aldershot
Mohammed Siraj replaces Ishant Sharma and beats Joe Root straight away as the England captain plays a rash swat at a delivery that lifts and lifts some more. I definitely can't repeat what Root said about his choice of shot.
In fact, Root is getting a bit of a working over here, this time getting thwacked on the hip as he loses all shape.
Axar 3-1-6-2
I'm currently staying with my parents as they're in my bubble, which means my Dad occasionally joins me to watch some sport.
He's just come downstairs to complain about Zak Crawley's shot and, much more importantly, me putting the heating on. Lovely to be back.

Joe Baldwin: You can argue that the conditions are largely responsible for five innings below 178 in a row. But you can't argue that the conditions are responsible for losing two early wickets here - we do that everywhere. One of our Test traditions.
Jonny Bairstow is off the mark to his 12th delivery, pushing outside off stump and sending a thickish edge down to the boundary rope.
Ishant Sharma responds with a delivery that beats a flat-footed Bairstow's outside edge.
Two batsmen at the crease on nought, 45 minutes after you won the toss and opted to bat first, is probably not ideal in a must-win Test match.

No pressure, Joe, but, you know.
Crawley c Siraj b Axar 9 (Eng 15-2)
Oh dear...
This is the right idea, not ideally executed from Zak Crawley. He comes out of his crease again - which is where England have had the most success against Axar Patel - but he hasn't got the shot right. He ends up slogging the ball into the air and Mohammed Siraj barely has to move at mid-off to take the catch. Not the sort of shot you want to see if you're just waking up.
Shot! Zak Crawley comes dancing out of his crease and hammers the ball back past Axar Patel for four. Crawley has also hurt Axar's already-bandaged finger in the process.

David Hutton: As a Yorkie I love YJB. Feel sick watching him bat. I want an innings from 2015/16 please JB... PLEASE STEP UP TODAY
Rishabh Pant is so overdramatic and I LOVE it. He stops a yorker that rises and comes up at head height as he moves to his left and then, for no reason other than entertaining the crowd, does a backflip to get back to his feet. He's great.

Paul Hawkins: THE STRAIGHT BALL AGAIN!
Reader, you will be shocked to learn that it was another straight ball from Axar Patel that did for Dom Sibley. He was just playing for turn that wasn't there, not helped by a huge gap between bat and pad that the ball was able to sneak through as it took the inside edge.
Jonny Bairstow survives a few tortuous deliveries first up.
Jonny Bairstow is striding out to join Zak Crawley.
Sibley b Axar 2 (Eng 10-1)
Well, that took all of two deliveries...
Dom Sibley presses forward, playing for turn that isn't there, and the ball takes a healthy deflection off the inside edge to smash into the stumps. Axar Patel has a very happy knack of taking a wicket in his first over but I'm not sure that's been played amazingly well by Sibley...
