I was Daniel Craig's body double coming out of the sea in Casino Royale. There's a chance I just made that up.

Beaumont on her recent form: "It's gone really well and I'm really happy to be contributing to the team. It's been a good couple of weeks and good that the team performances are coming through as well.
"It's been a bit surreal to become the number one ODI batter in the world, it's always been a dream of mine but then going into a different format it then immediately kind of doesn't mean much because I'm not the number one T20 batter in the world.
"All the team have been really supportive and I got a lot of hugs - which we're lucky to be allowed to do out here in New Zealand."
England opener Tammy Beaumont on the earthquake in New Zealand last night: "I thought someone was trying to break into my room at first - it lasted for 20 seconds and everything was fine in the end. But we're quite far up in the north and we're a long way away from it. A couple of the younger players even managed to sleep through it."

This feels like a day three pitch now - there's some kick and bounce for the fast bowlers but, if both teams bat well, this should go at least four days.
Thanks, Stephan. Closest I've been to TV fame was being asked to fill out the audience for a recording of The Jeremy Kyle Show when I was at university.
Right, I'm off to find out if I can be an extra in In The Night Garden.

Keep on The Cricket Social during the tea interval.
Henry Moeran is talking to England women's run-machine Tammy Beaumont.

India will hope to just bat out the final session and get a lead of about 80.
But I don't think we'll have a final session where very little is going to happen. It's been fascinating.

That finally is tea.
It's bubbling up to be a cracker, isn't it?

Former England captain on The Cricket Social
On these kind of wickets, if you switch off for just a second and go into a calm, casual mode, you can get out. You have to be busy in your mind and quick with your feet. That's what happened to Rishabh on that occasion.
Ind 152-6
Close!
Middle and leg, but only an umpire's call on height.
All the players are laughing, because they know Pant was in strife there.

This might be umpire's call at best for England.
Ind 152-6
England want a look at this. Bess to Pant. I think it's sliding down...

Re Calum at 08:16: Funnily enough, my cousin was the body double for Brad Pitt's on-screen daughter in World War Z. Any more World War Z extras out there?

Hang on. They're going to bowl another on here. No one in a rush to get off and have a brew..

Joe Root to bowl the last over before tea. Off-spin at both ends...

Bob: I was an extra in Fat Friends about 20 years ago. I sat on a catering bus most of the day, saw James Corden and Alison Steadman as I scoffed chips and drank tea. Did about 10 minutes in a corridor and left with £96 in my pocket
That's a nice start from Bess, much better than his earlier spell. He's back to attach these left-handers. There's definitely more turn than yesterday.
In the fourth Twenty20 between New Zealand and Australia in Wellington the hosts are struggling in their chase of 157.
They are 41-4 at the halfway point with Martin Guptill, Tim Seifert and Kane Williamson and Glenn Phillips all out.
The latter has just been run out in comical fashion with him and Devon Conway both ending up at the non-striker's end after a mix-up.
That means New Zealand need another 116 from 10 overs to wrap up the five-match series with a game to spare.
Earlier Aaron Finch made 79 off 55 balls - including taking 26 off Kyle Jamieson in the final over of the innings - as the tourists made 156-6 from their 20 overs.
Follow the chase here.
