I was Daniel Craig's body double coming out of the sea in Casino Royale. There's a chance I just made that up.

  2. Becoming top ODI batter 'surreal' - Beaumontpublished at 09:01 Greenwich Mean Time 5 March 2021

Beaumont on her recent form: "It's gone really well and I'm really happy to be contributing to the team. It's been a good couple of weeks and good that the team performances are coming through as well.

"It's been a bit surreal to become the number one ODI batter in the world, it's always been a dream of mine but then going into a different format it then immediately kind of doesn't mean much because I'm not the number one T20 batter in the world.

"All the team have been really supportive and I got a lot of hugs - which we're lucky to be allowed to do out here in New Zealand."

England opener Tammy Beaumont on the earthquake in New Zealand last night: "I thought someone was trying to break into my room at first - it lasted for 20 seconds and everything was fine in the end. But we're quite far up in the north and we're a long way away from it. A couple of the younger players even managed to sleep through it."

This feels like a day three pitch now - there's some kick and bounce for the fast bowlers but, if both teams bat well, this should go at least four days.

India will hope to just bat out the final session and get a lead of about 80.

But I don't think we'll have a final session where very little is going to happen. It's been fascinating.

It's bubbling up to be a cracker, isn't it?

On these kind of wickets, if you switch off for just a second and go into a calm, casual mode, you can get out. You have to be busy in your mind and quick with your feet. That's what happened to Rishabh on that occasion.

    Close!

Middle and leg, but only an umpire's call on height.

All the players are laughing, because they know Pant was in strife there.

  20. New Zealand struggling in chasepublished at 08:34 Greenwich Mean Time 5 March 2021

In the fourth Twenty20 between New Zealand and Australia in Wellington the hosts are struggling in their chase of 157.

They are 41-4 at the halfway point with Martin Guptill, Tim Seifert and Kane Williamson and Glenn Phillips all out.

The latter has just been run out in comical fashion with him and Devon Conway both ending up at the non-striker's end after a mix-up.

That means New Zealand need another 116 from 10 overs to wrap up the five-match series with a game to spare.

Earlier Aaron Finch made 79 off 55 balls - including taking 26 off Kyle Jamieson in the final over of the innings - as the tourists made 156-6 from their 20 overs.

    Follow the chase here.
