  19. Postpublished at 12:18 British Summer Time 29 April 2021

    Glos v Leics 57-1

Dom Goodman has been a nice little early story of the season.

He's just finished his first year at the University of Exeter but Gloucestershire handed him a debut at Taunton two weeks ago and he did a tidy job with the ball.

That continued last week against Hampshire but it was his batting that made the headlines with a tremendous last-wicket stand with Josh Shaw that survived for over an hour to save the game.

He's now making his home debut and a rare loose delivery has been driven for four by Marcus Harris to raise Leicestershire's fifty.

It's a quick delivery and the 21-year-old was simply too late on it.

Great start for Wood and Durham.
