  9. Leicestershire make another breakthroughpublished at 15:55 British Summer Time 4 June 2021

    Leicestershire 451 v Gloucestershire 81-2

Spin does the trick yet again for Leicestershire as they take a second Gloucestershire wicket.

Callum Parkinson gets in on the act this time as he dismisses Glenn Phillips for 16.

Marcus Harris adds to his 148 with the bat with a spectacular catch over his left shoulder running back from mid-off.

Miles Hammond continues unbeaten on 38 at the other end.

  10. Durham eke out a fourth batting pointpublished at 15:52 British Summer Time 4 June 2021

    Worcestershire 131 v Durham 367-8

Having stumbled from 305-4 to 342-8, Ben Raine has come in to help David Bedingham see Durham to a fourth batting point.

With six overs left to the 110-over cut-off, they need 33 to add a fifth. Or for the Pears to take a ninth wicket for maximum bowling points?

  11. Northeast falls after battling 67published at 15:47 British Summer Time 4 June 2021

    Somerset 360 v Hampshire 148-6

Another big blow for Hampshire as they lose a sixth wicket at Taunton.

Somerset skipper Tom Abell puts himself on to break another partnership as he induces a mistimed pull shot from Northeast.

He top-edges it high into the air and Steven Davies has plenty of time to settle himself underneath it for a routine catch.

Northeast dismissed for 67 and Hampshire still 212 behind with four wickets in hand.

  12. Bad start for Bears at Derbypublished at 15:46 British Summer Time 4 June 2021

    Derbyshire 121 v Warwickshire 274 & 10-2

Having opted not to enforce the follow-on at Derby, Warwickshire are off to a dodgy start themselves, losing two wickets inside the first four overs.

Skipper Will Rhodes is bowled by the first ball of the third over, from Sam Conners then, just 11 balls later, Pieter Malan is caught behind off Pieter Malan for a seventh-ball duck.

  14. wicket

Lancashire bowled out for 164published at 15:36 British Summer Time 4 June 2021

    Glamorgan 150 v Lancashire 173 & 164

Glamorgan have been set 188 to beat Lancashire at Sophia Gardens after David Lloyd bowled Saqib Mahmood for 12 to finish the visitors' innings.

but Michael Neser did the main damage with a fiery 4-38.

The Glamorgan innings will commence at 15:55, as they are all taking a meal break in Cardiff.

It will take the biggest total of this match to win, but Glamorgan do have Australian star Marnus Labuschagne, one of the world's top batsmen.

  15. Three quick wickets for Worcestershirepublished at 15:35 British Summer Time 4 June 2021

    Worcestershire 131 v Durham 343-8

David Bedingham is still ploughing on, having got to 109 - but he has seen three more wickets go down at the other end in the space of 25 balls.

Dillon Pennington removed Jack Burnham and Brydon Carse, either side of Joe Leach having Ned Eckersley caught behind.

The Pears already trail by a daunting 212.

  16. Spin comes into the equation for Somersetpublished at 15:28 British Summer Time 4 June 2021

    Somerset 360 v Hampshire 134-5

Roelof van der Merwe has been introduced into the Somerset attack with his off-spin.

He performed some heroics with the bat yesterday as his 88 provided vital support for Lewis Gregory's 107.

Hasn't found a breakthrough just yet from the River End, but there are plenty of "oohs and aahs" from the fielders around the bat.

Sam Northeast (55 not out) and Lewis McManus (10 not out) doing their best to try and build a partnership for the sixth wicket for Hampshire.

  17. Glamorgan strike again in Cardiffpublished at 15:27 British Summer Time 4 June 2021

    Glamorgan 150 v Lancashire 173 & 164-9

After holding up Glamorgan for more than 18 overs with a stand of 29, Lancashire's ninth-wicket pair of Danny Lamb and Saqib Mahmood are finally parted.

Lamb is caught behind off David Lloyd for 19 but last man Matt Parkinson is not the worst last man there has ever been. He comes in to get off the mark with a boundary.

And Mahmood follows that by smacking his first boundary to mark the dangerous Michael Neser's return.

The lead is now up to 187 - which would already be the highest score of this game, if Glamorgan were to get there.

  18. Gloucestershire lose captain Dentpublished at 15:22 British Summer Time 4 June 2021

    Leicestershire 451 v Gloucester 53-1

Wicket time at Grace Road where Gloucestershire captain Chris Dent is the first to depart for the visitors after a strong start to their reply.

Colin Ackermann comes around the wicket to the left-hander and bowls him with a beauty of a ball that squares him and then turns away from the bat to clip off stump.

Dent departs for 12 with Miles Hammond unbeaten on 30 at the other end for the Group Two leaders.

  19. 50 runs

for Sam Northeastpublished at 15:05 British Summer Time 4 June 2021

    Somerset 360 v Hampshire 117-5

Sam Northeast brings up a battling half-century for Hampshire from 110 balls.

It's included 10 fours and he's had to show a combination of discipline and opportunism to put away the loose ball.

But Hampshire still with plenty of work to do at Taunton despite his best efforts.

  20. wicket

Derbyshire bowled out by Bears for 121published at 15:04 British Summer Time 4 June 2021

    Derbyshire 121 v Warwickshire 274

Derbyshire trail by 153 runs on first innings.

Michael Cohen is last out for 11, caught behind off Craig miles.

Five wickets for Miles. Four for fellow former Gloucestershire seamer Liam Norwell. Just one for OHD, who started it all off.

Will they now be asked to follow on?

"The heavy roller has gone on, which suggests that it hasn't ," says BBC Radio Derby's Dave Fletcher.
