Can we stop taking wickets so quickly?! Currently trying to finish my last uni exam and getting very distracted.

This must be one of the taller Test contests with Ollie Robinson bowling to 6ft 8ins Jamieson. The Kiwi all-rounder defends nicely.
Here are the first two of those wickets...

When I told you Jamieson averaged 56 an hour back I didn't think he'd be in now. Robinson has him in his sights. England are hunting - "oooohing" and "ahhhhing" after every ball.

New Zealand have lost four wckets for six runs.

It's been an amazing turnaround. England has made significant inroads. They've managed to isolate Conway, who has lost a bit of momentum and got the others out.
The ginormous Kyle Jamieson is out now, towering over the stumps. Mark Wood finds his edge first up but the ball scoots short of second slip.
Wood has turned this innings on its head.

What an extraordinary dismissal! Santner was hanging back, waiting for the short ball, and Wood bluffed him.
Santner c Anderson b Wood 0 (NZ 294-7)
What a little spell this is for England. You can see it on Joe Root's face. He's absolutely delighted. Wood gets his third wicket within 45 minutes and England's fourth.
Santner has just chipped a defensive block to Anderson at mid-off. Was he spooked by Wood's pace? Probably.

I wondered at what point Devon Conway might start to play a few more shots. He just opened his shoulder there.

Robinson celebrated with both fists in the air when that review was shown on the big screen. He got a few pats on his back from his team-mates.
He'll be feeling better after his difficult day yesterday.
Mitchell Santner is the new batsman, another one who can bat.

The big man is on his way for a duck.
De Grandhomme lbw Robinson 0 (NZ 293-6)
Out! Ollie Robinson nabs his third wicket on debut. It was a length ball that just nipped back in to De Grandhomme and hit his front pad. I wasn't convinced initially but it's a really good review from Root.

Has he got far enough outside? It's not a big stride.
Ooooo it's close, you know.
