As someone who has just eaten cold pasta in about 0.5 seconds, my sympathy for Stephan is pretty limited.

The Lord's food is superb. The press are very fortunate to be looked after in the way we are. I'm slightly confused about the starter - a repeat of yesterday's - that seems to be a mix of watermelon, spring onion and raddish. Am I the problem here?
Devon Conway is a man that won't be moved, however...

We were late tuning in today. First ball we heard was the first wicket of the day, prompting the collapse. You're welcome.

Fielding at long leg, Ollie Robinson had the longest walk of the England fielders to get back to the pavilion for lunch. On his way, he spotted someone in the crowd who he must know. There was a wave and a thumbs up.
Thanks, Matthew
Always nice to see Mark Wood doing well, isn't it? A genuine contender for the Chris Woakes crown of nicest man in cricket.
If England can nip these last three wickets out quickly the Test will be set up really nicely.
Amy Lofthouse is ready to take over with brew in hand.

That's England's best session of the Test. Despite all that, though, Devon Conway is still there.
Conway 179, Jamieson 7
Mark Wood is already up in the dressing room and he'll soon be joined by his team-mates. The Durham quick, with support from Ollie Robinson, has dragged England back into the game excellently.
Devon Conway remains, however, unbeaten on 179.

Wood was express yesterday. Hardly ever below 92, 93mph. A massive effort. He was wicketless.
Today, understandably, the wheels aren't spinning quite so fast, yet he's got three wickets. Funny game.
As his old mate Stuart Broad was in the previous over, Jimmy Anderson is clattered to the fence on his return to the attack.
Jimmy Anderson is back for the final over of the session, ending Wood's spell in which he took three wickets.
Joe Root has to talk his new vice-captain Stuart Broad out of any lbw review. Broad was as convinced as ever - celebrating with his finger up before the decision had been made. Replays show Root was right with the ball slipping down the leg side.
Robinson is having a breather now but here's how he got De Grandhomme...

Is it too early to start calling New Zealand a one-man team? Great fightback from the lads!
Jezza, Hampshire
Stuart Broad replaces Ollie Robinson with nine minutes to go until lunch.

This Lord's outfield is pretty good but it's not as quick as we've seen in the past.
'Olly on a hammock' is just rubbing it in.
Conway flicks three perfectly to take his side's total over 300. He has 174 of them. On debut too don't forget.

Being optimistic about England cricket is a national sport! Four wickets for very few in no time repays the investment, I'd say.
