I thought this was a bit too high.
New Zealand think they have Katherine Brunt lbw here. It was a very delayed appeal from bowler Penfold - she only went up after the keeper did.

What these two are doing now is perfect: they are defending the good balls and attacking the bad balls. New Zealand are attacking so there are gaps in the field.
That is what these two need to do. They can't be tempted into doing anything silly against the spin of Leigh Kasperek, who is a canny bowler.
Another quiet over from Leigh Kasperek goes for just two, but England won't be too fussed. Staying there is the most important thing for now.
There's still 24 overs left!
Alice Capsey certainly impressed in The Hundred and England's domestic competitions, but another name that'll probably be in the mix is Eve Jones.
She's had a brilliant year, her first as a professional, and is a left-hander - which is somewhat of a rarity in the women's game, particularly in England.
At 29 years old, she's got bags of experience and Lisa Keightley would've worked with her when she coached the England Academy.

Surely Alice Capsey deserves a chance! Too many batters at the top of the order failing too regularly.
Martin, Newcastle
Molly Penfold, whose first spell was very impressive given she's on debut, is back. Sophie Devine has rotated her bowlers expertly today.
Her last ball is just a tad too full and Ecclestone whacks it to the cover boundary for four.

England just need to take it in five-over spells now, and absorb pressure. They've got to look at 100 as the next target and then work from there. They can't get too far ahead of themselves.
We've got some spin for the first time today as Leigh Kasperek comes into the attack.
She gifts Sophie Ecclestone a filthy full toss that she can only whack straight to the cover fielder - and the bowler probably breathes a huge sigh of relief as that could've easily ended up in the stands.
We were saying how good Lauren Down's catch was to dismiss Danni Wyatt, so here's a chance for you to see for yourself.
It's a beauty.

England's lowest ODI score against New Zealand is 86, incidentally. That was in Napier back in February 2000 - a year before Molly Penfold was born.
Sophie Ecclestone is the new batter for England, so they now have two players who like to play attacking shots at the crease.
It's working for Katherine Brunt though, who cuts the ball firmly to the cover boundary for four more.

Lea Tahuhu has bowled superbly well and she thoroughly deserves those five wickets - she has asked questions every ball.
What a spell of bowling. New Zealand have asked her to step up and she has done that with the new ball today.
Dean b Tahuhu 10 (Eng 78-7)
Five wickets for Lea Tahuhu! It's her first five-wicket haul in ODI cricket.
It's not a great shot from Charlie Dean, caught in two minds about defending on the front or back foot, and she plays on to her stumps.
What an absolutely incredible spell of bowling this has been.

This will definitely concern England. If you look at who England are up against in their defence of the World Cup, and it just doesn't happen with Australia. They are formidable at the moment.
England are going to rue the opportunities that the top order have missed out on this series. Those doubts will start to creep in, and it will be in the back of their mind.
Sometimes when you're under pressure batting can be the hardest thing in the world.
Dean and Brunt take a couple of singles from Hayley Jensen's over as it's purely about survival for England at the moment.
It does seem impossible for that Australia side to lose. You know you're a very, very good side when you can thrash a side like India with Ellyse Perry (!) as your least effective bowler.

Yes, absolutely. It isn't just the collapses, it is not being able to score more than 200. If you win the toss you insert England every single time.

Overnight we saw Australia women beat India to win their 25th successive one-day international and I just don't see them having this sort of innings in them.
Is it becoming a problem?
And she's straight back into her groove, going for just one from the over. Charlie Dean is doing her job well here, very solid in defence and some classic leaving outside the off stump.
