It seems a very unlikely target for England, but you just never know what will happen if a couple of batters get in.

It isn't a huge target and Pat Cummins is an inexperienced captain so he might start taking catchers out.

Lovely from Crawley, who drives Cummins through mid-on for four. Full face of the bat.

Anyone watching the NFL playoffs last night would have been surprised to see Ben Stokes on the pitch in Cincinnati for the Raiders, under the pseudonym Maxx Crosby.

Alex Hartley is wrong about Rory Burns needing a good conditioner. As a long-haired man I can recommend going no-shampoo. His hair will be thicker and shinier. He's worth it.

On the toes of Burns from Starc, turned away through square leg for four.

    Slowly, slowly.

By the way, I'd never previously heard of a "leave-in conditioner".

Isn't conditioner just a swizz anyway? I mean, you have shampoo and that's it, right?

Edged past third slip! Crawley big nick off Cummins. Khawaja dives, but can't get anything on it. Fourth slip would have swallowed it.

My word. Burns would have been lbw had Australia reviewed this shout from Starc. There was a suggestion of an inside edge. There wasn't and it would have hit the top of leg stump.

Rory Burns' locks are remarkable. It looks like he needs a good leave-in conditioner.

I think the whole point is that he doesn't want to hold back his hair. Less a hairstyle, more a statement of intent. Let the locks and runs flow.

Starc to Crawley, appeal, but an inside edge.

I'm not a fan of Crawley batting on off stump to the left-armer. He's basically covering his stumps with his pads.

England have a sniff. Wood has been fantastic, and there is a chance for a phenomenal run chase. Pity England will be 3 down with only 30 runs and on the board, and then 80-7 and it'll all be over.

How are we doing? Able to face this on a Sunday morning? Do let me know how you're coping. Burns takes a couple off Cummins. Going swimmingly so far.

How unlike Alyssa Healy to have something to say. Burns now facing up to Pat Cummins.
