I just had a lovely chocolate brownie. I could've easily had about three of them, but thought I'd better not.

Much better from Luus, just the four singles from the over. Dunkley showed signs of intent as she used her feet but was unable to beat mid-off with the drive.

Jones came to the crease with England in a lot of trouble. We talk about senior players absorbing pressure and she's done that for England today with Tammy Beaumont.

This is a really valuable hand from Amy Jones. She has not had an easy winter at all with the bat.
Low scores in the Ashes, low scores in the first two games here. But she has steadied the ship today.
Eng 159-4
A first World Cup fifty for Amy Jones and her 10th in ODIs. It comes from 71 balls and after her struggles in the first two games, Jones has found form when England really needed her.
Sophia Dunkley has joined Amy Jones in the middle for England and between them they take five from Luus' latest.
Meanwhile, the news from the South Africa dressing room is that Ismail is struggling with a toe injury.

It looked like she was trying to manufacture a shot from a straight ball that just wasn't there to be hit.
Has she just got ahead of herself? There's still 16 overs left!

That is a massive blow. They chatted for a long time but I think Tammy was always going to be struggling there.
She's played down the wrong line completely.
Beaumont lbw b Klaas 62 (Eng 149-4)
Klaas has been the one bowler to keep the runs down as Beaumont and Jones accelerated and now she has her reward.
Beaumont gets caught on the crease and is hit plumb in front. After a chat with Jones, she wisely decides against a review. The end of a valuable partnership for England.

It was a tremendous effort.
It would have been one of the more outstanding wicketkeeper catches you'll see if she'd taken it.

Tammy Beaumont looked as if she was trying to go up and over the fielder at mid-off. I'm not sure about that option.
Edged... and four! Booming drive from Beaumont to Klaas, it takes the outside edge and just evades the dive of Chetty behind the stumps.
"Nooo!" cries Beaumont, clearly irritated with herself for failing to punish a long-hop from the returning Luus.
Otherwise, the leggie lands them rather better than in her first spell. Although, to be frank, she couldn't have bowled much worse.

It looked like Shabnim Ismail might have jarred her ankle or something as she jumped over the boundary edge to retrieve that ball.
That would be extremely worrying for South Africa if she can't fulfil her allocated 10 overs.
Worrying signs for South Africa as Shabnim Ismail heads off the pitch and back towards the dressing room.
The fast bowler pulled up slightly after trying to cut off the Beaumont cut shot in the last over. Losing a premium bowler is never a good thing but it is the last thing South Africa need with this partnership going so well.

I was surprised when South Africa chose to bowl. It looks so dry and there is no dew.
Runs on the board has been the theme of the World Cup so far.

Don't underestimate how much energy this will be taking out of South Africa. It's hot out there. You'd much rather be batting.

Tammy Beaumont is so resilient that when she's not timing the ball perfectly, as she has been today, she won't care one bit. Other players wouldn't be able to absorb that pressure as well.
The runs are flowing now for England. Beaumont calls for two after cutting a wide delivery from Kapp away past backward point but she needn't have bothered, the ball races to the fence.
Time for drinks and plenty for South Africa to ponder.

Danger for South Africa now.
