That's exactly what Neesham was looking for and he's hit it straight into the small group of New Zealand fans in the stands. Super shot!

He got hold of that one. Jimmy Neesham is watchful as he guides a head-high pull shot into the onside for six. Brilliant timing.

  3. NZ 145-4published at 19.1 overs

JJ Smit will bowl the final over. His first ball is wide and an under-edge from Jimmy Neesham bounces through to the wicketkeeper for a dot ball.

I reckon it's a mistake not to have Trumpelmann bowling this last over.

35 off the last two overs. It just shows how quickly a game can get away from you.

Ruben Trumpelmann only gets to bowl three overs - was that planned or a miscalculation by Gerhard Erasmus?

These boundaries are key but getting those singles and twos to keep the scoreboard ticking at the start of this partnership was just as important.

Phillips plays shots that don't look or sound great but they find the fence.

  8. 6 runs

    NZ 141-4published at 18.2 overs

    Hello!

Phillips takes aim again, rocking onto his back foot and powering a pull through mid-wicket for six.

Ruben Trumpelmann is into the attack and an ugly swipe from Glen Phillips escapes through mid-wicket for four.

New Zealand have really got going in these last two overs and 150 is now really on the cards.

  11. NZ 131-4published at 18 overs

Neesham ends the over with a clipped shot beyond backward point for four.

21 off the over and the game is running away from Namibia here.

Jimmy Neesham really got hold of that one!

  13. 6 runs

    NZ 127-4published at 17.5 overs

That's huge from Jimmy Neesham. It's a big swing of the arms and the ball smacks right off the middle of the bat and over long-on for a massive six!

This pair did well by running well to pick up those two twos and then that six means this could be a very big over.

  15. 6 runs

    NZ 120-4published at 17.3 overs

New Zealand on the charge now. Glenn Phillips powers through the offside and the ball smacks off the boundary rope for six.

Some smart fielding from Gerhard Erasmus dismissed Devon Conway. The lack of appeal from Karl Birkenstock suggested he was home, but replays showed the New Zealand batter was short of his ground.

  17. NZ 110-4published at 17 overs

Namibia have been great so far. Some more fine fielding on the boundary from Jan Nicol Loftie-Eaton denies another boundary.

14 off the over is comfortably Erasmus' most expensive, but his final figures of 1-22 is more than respectable.

  18. 6 runs

    NZ 103-4published at 16.2 overs

That will make New Zealand feel better.

It's a horrible full toss from Gerhard Erasmus and it is given the treatment by Glenn Phillips who powers it through deep midwicket for six.

If New Zealand get to 140, they'll probably be able to defend it.

  20. NZ 96-4published at 16 overs

Jimmy Neesham is the new batter by the way and he is deceived by a slower delivery from David Wiese that he very nearly under edges onto his stumps.

Glenn Phillips thinks he has eased the pressure with a pull towards deep fine leg but that is a fine diving stop from Van Lingen on the boundary to prevent the four.

Great fielding and in keeping with Namibia's performance so far.
