He's dived into the crease at least three times today. He's very good at it!

We're going to have an early drinks break as Malan goes to ground again.
Carse had done very well to collect the ball in his follow-through and, having taken a couple of steps down the pitch, Malan flung himself back to make his ground as the bowler shaped to throw down the stumps.
The batter seems to have done himself a mischief in the process. He'll be seen to by the physio, everyone else will get themselves a cold drink.

Adil Rashid is a quality bowler. He has been away so won't have bowled much recently but he won't have needed much time to settle back in.
Malan 52, vd Dussen 51
Rashid has probably looked the most likely of the England bowlers to make the breakthrough but even he hasn't drawn all that many false shots.
There is one in this over, though, another googly not picked by Van der Dussen and the ball comes off the inside edge and dribbles towards square leg.
SA 127-1
A single from the first ball of Rashid's over takes Van der Dussen to a 45-ball fifty. It feels like he has not had to take any risks so the fact he's been able to score so quickly is ominous for England.
That's his 12th ODI half-century.

It feels like South Africa are just setting themselves up for a big attack at the end of their innings.
It's another very steady over from Carse, just a pair of twos for Malan from it but wicket-taking threat? Not so much.
That has pretty much been the story for all the England bowlers today.

This is Janneman Malan's seventh 50-plus score in just 17 innings, with three hundreds.

It's been a very controlled innings. The partnership is building ominously for England.
SA 126-1
A fourth ODI fifty for the South Africa opener. He's played well and gets back quickly for two to bring up his latest from 63 balls.
The tourists are in a very strong position and England could be left chasing a very large total.

It has been pretty easy for the South African batters.
They haven't taken any risks, they have just waited for the bad ball and run well between the wickets. It almost feels like they are setting up for the backend.
I think they will be looking around the 320 mark. If England had batted first we might have seen some more aggression and possibly a score of around 400.
A rare smidgen of excitement for the bowling side as Malan gets a leading edge trying to work Rashid away. The ball goes to ground safely though, a single and no harm done.
Top shot from van der Dussen! He takes the ball from off stump and just flicks it up and over mid-wicket for four. Super timing.

I’ve just braved the outdoors. It’s even hotter than it was an hour ago.

The surface is very batter friendly.
Sam Curran got the wicket because he went to his one-day change-ups but it looks very comfortable.
To get wickets on here you are going to have to be quite cunning I reckon.
Solid over from Carse, bookended by twos from Rassie van der Dussen.
The first is worked square on the leg-side, the second guided through point.
Not much going on for England as they continue to plug away in the sweltering heat.

Oh yeah because it is really fish and chip weather.
Ebony Rainford-Brent
Former England batter on Test Match Special
I've just seen a sign and I think I'm in - it says "proper fish and chips", I mean proper!
I think if it just said fish and chips it wouldn't have caught my eye.
The word proper just changes the game.
Brydon Carse is back into the attack, replacing Ben Stokes after a three-over burst from the England Test captain.
The partnership is up to 73 now between Malan and Van der Dussen, they are keeping things moving along very nicely for South Africa.
Six come from the Rashid over in ones and twos.
Henry Moeran

It feels that way.
