    Two lovely shots in the first three balls of Stokes' latest over.

    Firstly, Van der Dussen drills the ball through the covers and then Malan skips down, meets the ball at the top of the bounce and thumps the ball back down the ground for four more.

    The 100 is up for South Africa.

    England have applied a good squeeze on Janneman Malan.

    He had 27 from 26 balls and he's now got 37 from 52 balls.

    Really good over from Adil Rashid, just one from it.

    He sends down a googly to Malan, who definitely doesn't pick it but does just manage to jam the bat down in time before the ball struck his back leg.

    There was a half-hearted appeal from Root at slip, who thought it was pad first but the replays suggest otherwise.

    Jos Buttler was appealing for lbw there and forgot to run after the ball and that allowed South Africa to get back for a couple.

    Malan is OK to continue after being looked over by the physio and Stokes finishes the over with a leg-cutter.

    It hits Malan on the pad and trickles into the leg-side as Stokes and Buttler appeal for lbw. Nothing doing though and with nobody at square leg, South Africa are able to run two leg byes.

    That is a not a great delivery from Ben Stokes to be honest, it was just whacked away. England do have a boundary rider but they had no chance of getting near that.

    It was a little too full and a little wide from Stokes and crashed through extra cover by the Proteas number three.
