This has been the story of England's white-ball summer. The batting just hasn't fired since they broke their ODI world record against the Netherlands.

Norcross calls it correctly. Umpire's call as the ball is shown to be clipping leg stump.
Shamsi picks up his fourth wicket with England in major danger of not seeing out the overs.

First game of T20 Cricket with my son and leaving early. What an embarrassing, pathetic, timid display. Hopeless!
Rich from Gloucester.
Some entertainment late in the day for England fans as Jordan swings again, it's just out the reach of Ngidi who is running back from backward point as the ball races through to the boundary.

Musk Up: I'm in the Ageas for the first time in a while, it's £75 a ticket and this is abject and flat. When you need 10 an over jogging between wickets looking like your warming up is woeful. You think the Test team would chase this down.
Jordan plays a hit and hope. It's off the toe-end of his bat and goes up and over backward point for four.
Andile Phehlukwayo ends with 1-23. He's bowled brilliantly.
England need 102 from 32 balls.
Catch of the summer?
Yep. Missing leg stump. As we were.
Eng 83-7
An optimistic review from Andile Phehlukwayo, in my opinion, as Jordan is struck on the pads.
Tymal Mills
England pace bowler on BBC Test Match Special
You have to give a lot of credit to South Africa. I really enjoyed how they attacked the powerplay - Nortje, Ngidi and Maharaj bowled excellently.
No hat-trick but what an over from Shamsi. Remember, his first ball went for six.
Floated in from Shamsi and Jordan drives down to mid-off for a single.
Chris Jordan will be on strike. South Africa bring in the field.

Richard Paterson: Interesting to know where Mott goes from here. The top 6 are just not working and the balance of the team feels wrong. England have well and truly lost their mojo.

David Willey was looking to smash that over the ropes but Tabraiz Shamsi had other ideas and now he's on a hat-trick.
Willey b Shamsi 0 (Eng 79-7)
Tabraiz Shamsi is on a hat-trick! New batter David Willey has no time to mess about. He swings and he swings hard, but the ball clatters into the middle stump.

South Africa have been all over England.
