Also in Division Two today, Worcestershire made up for a rain-affected first day against Leicestershire to make 348 thanks mainly to the efforts of skipper Brett D'Oliveira.

Both Ben Compton (47 not out) and Tawada Muyeye (43 not out) closing in on half-centuries in a partnership already worth 86.
Surrey 428-8 dec, Warwickshire 16-2
A gloomy end to the day at Edgbaston - in more than one sense.
With some ugly clouds darkening overhead, the lights are on but there's so far been nothing too sparkling about Warwickshire's progress in reply to Surrey's 428-8 declared.
Dom Sibley, first ball, and Will Rhodes are already gone.
And they close on 16-2, still 412 in arrears, and feeling a bit flat.
A lot to improve on tomorrow for the Bears.

Having more than doubled the score from 129-7, the long stand between Rob Keogh and Gareth Berg comes to an end.
Berg gives a catch off Zafar Gohar - and the 41-year-old South African is finally gone for 41.
They put on 139 inside 34 overs to help the hosts earn a still growing first-innings lead.
