  1. Ned 71-5published at 16 overs

Tim Pringle comes in and picks up where Scott Edwards left off... moving across his stumps whenever possible and trying to hit to leg.

It very nearly sees him lose his leg stump as he tries to scoop Naseem, but he is off the mark with two from the last ball of the over, whipped off middle stump and through square leg.

That was a really smart catch. He made good ground early so he could settle himself. He made a really nice job of it.

That is a disappointing end for Scott Edwards. They would have been hoping for so much more.

  4. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 15.3 overs

    Edwards c Iftikhar b Naseem 15 (Ned 69-5)

Ramped... but gone! The Netherlands captain tries to get his side moving and makes a good connection after moving across to the off side again.

However, the ball carries all the way to fine leg and Iftikhar Ahmed takes a straightforward catch.

Real trouble for Netherlands. Can they even make it up to three figures?

In case your alarm has just gone off (it is basically 9am in the UK, don't forget) here are the first three Netherlands wickets to fall.

  7. Ned 68-4published at 15 overs

Roelof van der Merwe is the new batter and gets off the mark with three to deep mid-wicket.

Scott Edwards then gets right across his stumps and sweeps from middle and off - don't miss that, Scott! - to send the ball past short fine leg for four.

It has been a really tough innings. It has been all or nothing from the Netherlands batters.

Pakistan's line and length has been impeccable though.

Richard Illingworth was confident and had the decision right.

It feels like the Netherlands are going to struggle to get to 100 here.

  10. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 14.2 overs

    Ackermann lbw b Shadab 27 (Ned 61-4)

Three reds and Ackermann has to go!

The batter had got a decent stride in but ball-tracking shows the ball would have thudded into the top of off.

Netherlands chances of posting a half-decent total take another hit.

I reckon this will be out on umpire's call.

    Height might be the issue.

  13. Netherlands reviewpublished at 14.2 overs

    Ned 61-4

Shadab thinks he has a third wicket as Ackermann misses with a reverse sweep and is hit just above the knee-roll.

Given out but Ackermann sends it upstairs. I think this might be close. It only needs to be clipping.

  14. Ned 59-3published at 14 overs

A pair of twos for Ackermann help Netherlands keep the scoreboard ticking over. The second of those twos came after a flick to mid-wicket where Mohammad Nawaz dived forward to try and take the catch.

The ball bounced just short of him but bounced up and might have done him a bit of damage. He might have cut his finger and heads off the pitch to get it seen to.

It was an incredible superhero dive. He dived about two or three yards before he needed to and slid about a metre past the stumps too.

A direct hit and he would have been out by about two yards.

  17. Ned 54-3published at 13.1 overs

Run out chance! Edwards defends and calls for a quick single, Shaheen Afridi rushes in to collect the ball off his own bowling, turns and shies at the stumps.

He's just off target. Edwards would've been long gone with a hit.

  18. Ned 53-3published at 13 overs

    Ackermann 20, Edwards 10

Mohammad Wasim is back into the attack and gets through another quiet over. There has been no shortage of those in this innings.

At some stage, no matter how good the bowling is, Netherlands are really going to have to start showing a but more aggression. They're going nowhere quickly at the moment.

  19. Ned 49-3published at 12 overs

Despite that boundary, it is just six from the over for Netherlands. Haris Rauf was bowling seriously quick in that over.

I'm not sure how reliable the speed gun is but let's just say that was a sharp over.
