Ned 48-3published at 11.5 overs
Top shot from Colin Ackermann! He moves across his stumps ramps Haris Rauf fine for four.
Useful runs for Netherlands.
Pakistan win by six wickets to keep hopes alive
Winless Netherlands are eliminated
Paksitan 95-4 (13.5 overs): Rizwan 49 (39); Glover 2-22
Dutch limp to 91-9 off 20 overs; Shadab takes 3-22

That is a much better over for Netherlands with nine coming from it. They need that or better every over for the rest of the innings if they're to give their bowlers anything to defend.

I like the fact he tried to use his feet. I know it took an edge but he's looking to score to the shortest boundary, which is straight, so that's good.

That is certainly a show of intent.
A boundary! I repeat, a boundary! This is not a drill!
Sure, it's an outside edge as Ackermann skips down to Shadab and fails to get to the pitch of the ball but they all count.
Here is that nasty incident with Bas de Leede hit by Haris Rauf's bouncer. The Netherlands batter had to retire hurt but was at least able to walk off the field...

It is good to see Netherlands running - I just don't see where their boundaries are going to come from.
They have to be looking for boundaries at some stage though.
We're in run out territory now as Netherlands with Edwards and Ackermann trying to get their side going with some aggressive running between the wickets.
A slight mix-up nearly does for Edwards but he makes his ground just in time at the non-striker's end.
Halfway through the Netherlands innings and there have been two boundaries so far.
It has been a very good performance from Pakistan so far. Shaheen Afridi got them started with the wicket of Stephan Myburgh in the third over...
Just a couple of singles from Shadab's over, plus the wicket. Identical to his first over, in fact.
Not a bad start from the leg-spinner. He's taken 2-4 from two overs.
Ned 26-3
Not a great review when you look at replays. Edwards had got a big stride in and was hit well outside the line.
Both sides have now lost a review.

I'm not sure it's that much different to the one that was given out. He just played a different shot and was on the front foot, but it's very similar in the delivery.
Ned 26-3
Shadab Khan thinks he's gone another one. Scott Edwards is struck on the pad but this time the umpire turns down the appeal.
Babar Azam waits until the last second before calling for the review.

It is not looking good for the Netherlands. It is a much-improved performance from Pakistan.
O'Dowd lbw b Shadab 8 (Ned 26-3)
Max O'Dowd knew it, he's gone.
He was stood on the boundary edge just waiting for ball-tracking to confirm the inevitable.
He went back and missed as he tried to flick to leg and was caught on the crease. Very out as the ball was crashing into leg stump.

Max O'Dowd has seen the replay and he's starting to walk off the ground.

I wonder whether height will have anything to do with it. He was on the back foot though.
Ned 26-3
Shadab has another one! Or does he, Max O'Down reviews after being hit on the back pad as he plays back.
It looked out...
A bit more intent shown by Ackermann and O'Dowd and that extends to the running but it nearly leads the a wicket.
They go for quick single to short fine leg and Ackermann was gone with a direct hit. That was very close.
A nasty one for Bas de Leede and no surprise that he had to retire hurt. I wouldn't expect him to return today but we'll see.
