  1. Pak 411-3published at 113 overs

Leach is in the attack and Babar manages to pick up two runs off the first ball before Crawley prevents it running away for four.

It's the final over before tea and Babar secures himself another boundary with a low pull towards deep mid-wicket.

Now it's tea time. Grab a cuppa as it feels like things are going to get interesting.

Babar's century is Pakistan's quickest against England but only the fifth quickest of the match.

It is almost photograph time with this field from England.

  4. Pak 405-3published at 112 overs

    Shakeel 31, Babar, 102

Stokes has brought fine leg round to deep square. There are now numerous fielders in the umbrella on the off side, almost like a semi-circle.

But that doesn't worry Shakeel as he hits Anderson straight down the ground for four. What a way to respond!

Anderson goes over the wicket, it's pitched wide of the stumps and driven before Duckett dives for a save.

This is only the ninth Test there have been seven or more centuries. Only two have had eight.

Does Graham (09:27) suggest England would be better placed getting less runs? Or perhaps getting the same total but over a longer period? I don't understand how either would serve them better. On this surface any bowler has clearly got their work cut out to get wickets and I am not sure Bazball has anything to do with that. If Pakistan had batted first, England's bowlers would still have had to toil away, unknowing what their own batting total would be. Not sure Bazball has much to do with poorly prepared wicket.

It was a majestic way to get there. There was something inevitable about this innings. Babar has done it in style. He has played beautifully.

The run map shows Babar Azam scored 100 with 1 six, 13 fours, 9 twos, and 24 singles for Pakistan

    And there it is!

Bazball? More like Babar-ball (that joke is stolen I have to admit).

The crowd is absolutely electric after witnessing him reach that milestone. It was short and wide by Stokes and it was hit through the covers.

Babar takes off his helmet and takes in the crowd's applause before going into sajdah - a bow - he looks happy.

    It's his eighth Test hundred.

If I was Ben Stokes, and I can't imagine being, I would bowl orthodoxly to Babar and short Shakeel.

    That is a beautiful shot.

  11. Pak 401-3published at 111 overs

There's plenty of England and Pakistan flags in the crowd. Every time it's Babar's turn to bat you can hear the crowd come alive again.

Stokes bowls a short ball but it's slapped away to the boundary in front of square. He's getting closer to that century and you can feel the energy in the crowd building.

    One more boundary, Babar?

Anderson and Duckett have had an interesting relationship over the years.

That is annoying because Shakeel has been becalmed.

  13. Pak 388-3published at 110 overs

Shakeel manages to pick up three runs this over. He hits the ball through the wall of fielders and the mistake from Ben Duckett has cost England three runs.

    Anderson did not look impressed...

There is anticipation building in the crowd. They know Babar is getting close to his hundred.

  15. Pak 385-3published at 109 overs

I'm not sure I'd like a cricket ball being rubbed on my head.

But maybe Root knows something I don't.

Stokes bowls a short ball outside off but Babar pulls it to mid-wicket. It's not been as effective as he would like perhaps.

Babar manages to hit the ball for a single and Stokes goes round the wicket for Shakeel, another short ball which he hits for a single.

We are seeing a problem with Bazball on this wicket. 100 overs each and Pakistan 250-odd runs down and England seven wickets behind. Consequence is England bowlers need to bowl twice as much and field twice as long. That will be tiring and we will see the consequences in second innings (if we get there). They may have been hammered but Pakistan bowlers are going to be the fresher.

We have had a second instance of the ball being rubbed on someone's face. It's Ollie Pope this time.

  18. Pak 383-3published at 108 overs

Anderson goes round the wicket to Shakeel and bowls a good length but it's defended by Shakeel. No wickets and no runs this over.

Shakeel has the lowest strike-rate of any of his team-mates so far.

Now it's back to Babar and the crowd is once again alive.

  19. Pak 383/3published at 107 overs

The first ball is a bouncer and Babar gets out of the way.

Stokes has got fielders sorted but Babar manages to find the gap. A short ball from Stokes but it's hit down the ground through mid-on. He's into the 90s now.

A wicket now for England could be huge. And of course, Anderson is coming on. Is he the man to do it?

Jacks' hundred has just come up but I think he has bowled pretty well today.
