We're not going to see the end of Abrar, he's just switching ends.
Chilling flashbacks to last winter reading the words 'Scott' and 'Boland'.

There's been a triple-wicket maiden in the Australia vs West Indies game. Scott Boland took wickets off the first, third and sixth balls of the over.
Change of bowling: Zahid Mahmood is on for Abrar Ahmed.
England nudge three singles. It has been fairly calm stuff since tea.
It is already starting to look a little gloomy out there.

Brook wanted the single, I think he thought he'd beat the man there. The fielder did really well, got to it very quickly by putting in a full-length dive.
Nearly another run out!
Harry Brook clips the ball into the on-side but the fielder does superbly well to stop the ball at mid-wicket.
Brook had already wandered well out of his crease but got back just in time as the throw came in.

Brook has smashed that for four after coming down the pitch. He thumped it really hard.
Shot.
Harry Brook skips down the track and drives Abrar Ahmed straight down the ground for four.
It barely rose from the turf as it raced to the boundary. Brilliant.
Setting the tone for the session?

He's got to keep Abrar on.

About an hour and a half of play remaining today I'd imagine.
I wonder who comes on from the other end.
Before play started the fourth umpire came out into the middle to have a word with Aleem Dar and some of the players. A few of them were looking at an area of the pitch around the bowler's footmarks.
Was there an issue? We resumed as normal so I'm guessing whatever it was has been resolved.
Abrar Ahmed, chasing a 10th wicket of the match, will bowl at the other end.
The players are back out in the middle for the final session. If the light lasts to a similar time than yesterday we should get about 90 minutes of play in.
Mohammad Nawaz will ball the first over of this session.
If you are just joining us here is a brief run down of what has happened so far today:
Thanks, Sam.
Well, some 'normal' Test cricket broke out in that session.
There have been calls for England to adapt their aggressive approach to match conditions and they have done just that.
Despite losing those three wickets they remain in a commanding position. If they are still batting by the close the game may almost be beyond Pakistan.
It's time for me to depart now and hand you back to Tom Mallows for what is left of the tea break and the evening session.
England are on top and another good session would go a long way to giving them a series-clinching win.

Mark Burt: Near normal Test cricket has broken out. New England going at less than four an over. What’s the world coming too?
Abrar Ahmed's dream debut continues, he's got nine wickets in the match now but he has been given some assistance for his two in this innings.
The first came after a swipe across the line from Will Jacks, while the second - that of Joe Root - was down to the brilliance of Abdullah Shafique. It was a fantastic catch at short leg.

Abrar is having another very good day but overall, England are having a very good Test match.
Lead by 168
There are cries of 'catch it!' as Duckett sweeps and the ball flicks up off his glove down the leg side.
It is over the shoulder of Mohammad Rizwan, though, and out of Shafique's reach. Three for Duckett but it could so easily have been another wicket for Abrar Ahmed.
Brook plays out the rest of the over and that is tea. An even session and that is enough to keep England in the ascendency.
