That was an effortless shot from Shakeel. There was no real follow-through and he didn't try to hit it too hard.

That was an effortless shot from Shakeel. There was no real follow-through and he didn't try to hit it too hard.
Target 355
There is three around the bat for Saud Shakeel but he doesn't care, scampering down the track and dispatching Jack Leach back over his head for four.
Two balls later he repeats the shot, doesn't quite time it as well this time but it still has enough to go to the rope.
That's the 50 partnership - a timely one for Pakistan - and is also tea.
Pakistan reach the break 136-3 needing another 219 runs for victory.
Mark Wood strays down leg and Imam-ul-Haq clips the ball fine off his pads, but Ben Duckett does well to sprint along the rope to prevent the boundary.
Ben Stokes then busily rearranges his field for the final ball of the over that Imam works away backward of square for two.
It looks like we will squeeze one more over in before tea. Jack Leach will bowl it.

Ben Stokes has been very proactive. There have been 13 bowling changes in 44 overs so far.
There's a slip, leg slip and short leg in for Jack Leach as England look to prise one more wicket before tea.
Leach is going over the wicket looking to land the ball in the bowler's foot marks, but Imam-ul-Haq shows nifty footwork to get forward and negate any turn.
Mark Wood is bowling around the wicket to Imam-ul-Haq and very nearly pierces his defences, but the left-hander gets his bat down in time.
The extra pace of Wood allows the Pakistan batters to push two singles into the on-side.
We have around 10 minutes until tea. It has been England's session but this partnership represents something of a recovery for Pakistan.
There is a change, but it is not Ben Stokes.
Mark Wood is back.

It was a chance for Will Jacks in his follow-through and he's put it down. Imam ul-Haq hit it back really hard. Jacks kicks the ground in disgust.
Caught and bowled chance for England but Will Jacks puts it down!
Imam-ul-Haq smacks it straight back to Jacks at around chest height, but he cannot hold on and the ball spins out of his grasp.
Jacks kicks the turf in frustration. It was a tough chance at an awkward height but it probably should have been taken.
Joe Root has his head in his hands as Saud Shakeel offers no shot and the ball smacks into the pads.
Root half-heartedly appeals but it was missing the stumps by a distance.

No, not at all after last night.

Ben Stokes is a very busy captain. He is constantly shuffling his fielders around before returning to his usual position at short mid-off.
No real threat from Will Jacks so far as Pakistan nudge five runs from his latest over.

Straight as an arrow, he danced down with grace and I can tell you there isn't anything wrong with that hamstring now.
Target 355
Lovely shot. Imam-ul-Haq skips down the track and biffs Joe Root back over his head for a one-bounce four.
Nothing wrong with his hamstrings there.
Not much penetration from the spin bowlers so far, will Ben Stokes soon turn back to his seamers?

We've got a big crowd now. It's swelled significantly since the morning.

Will Jacks hardly bowled in the first innings and he's not regular bowler. He'll take some time to settle in.
That's a better length from Will Jacks this over, who gives it plenty of air and Pakistan just run a single
Some old-school Test match cricket seems to have broken out over the last half an hour.
