Notts 442 v Essex 298 & 362-8 dec
Well, well, well - Essex have declared at tea and we have a game on our hands.
Notts will have 39 overs to try and score 219 for what would be their third win of the season - that's a rate of 5.6 an over.
In these days of Bazball and The Hundred, surely they have to have a go at that.
Glamorgan 123 & 704-9 v Sussex 481
We're into 'occasional bowler' territory now at Hove, with Tom Alsop sending down an over of gentle left-arm spin.
Glamorgan's last man, Jamie McIlroy, plays out a maiden. The only remaining question in this game is whether Glamorgan can surpass their highest ever total against Sussex - another 15 are needed to achieve that feat.
Glamorgan 123 & 699-9 v Sussex 481
Tea is delayed as the batting side are nine wickets down - and that gives Michael Neser the chance to complete his maiden Glamorgan hundred in swashbuckling style!
It's probably the ideal way for Neser to get there, drilling Australia team-mate Steve Smith for four and following that up with a huge six over midwicket.
He's the third centurion in this gargantuan Glamorgan total, following Marnus Labuschagne and Kiran Carlson.

Huge credit to Glamorgan who have batted for two days and will save this game officially after tea, although in reality it is already safe.
Steve Smith has taken his first County Championship wicket with Sean Hunt taking a magnificent catch on the mid-wicket boundary to account for James Harris.
Sussex have undoubtedly been hampered by the loss of Ollie Robinson on a pitch that has got slower and easier, but having been 358 behind on first innings it’s been an incredible performance from Glamorgan.
Notts 442 v Essex 298 & 362-8
You know what they say about those who live by the sword...Shane Snater is bowled by Calvin Harrison as he attempts another slog against the spin and that is tea.
Notts have taken five Essex wickets in the session and the visitors will resume 218 ahead with one session to go - unless they have other ideas.
England's Dan Lawrence made 52 before falling to Steven Mullaney, with Alastair Cook and Tom Westley both out in the 90s during the morning.
Notts 442 v Essex 298 & 359-7
Shane Snater is going through his full range of shots. An audacious scoop off Steven Mullaney brings him four runs and he has 18 from eight balls faced.
Notts 442 v Essex 298 & 350-7
Shane Snater is in a hurry.
He swipes his first ball from Calvin Harrison away - Ben Slater tries to complete a boundary catch, but falls beyond the rope and it is six.
No fielders near that one, though, as he flays the next one in similar style for another maximum.
Glamorgan 123 & 682-9 v Sussex 481
Sussex's bowlers must be shattered.
So too is a window in the hospitality area at Hove, after Michael Neser rocked back and pumped a long-hop from Steve Smith straight through it!
Neser is 83 not out now and, after two near misses already this season, surely eyeing a hundred.
Notts 442 v Essex 298 & 338-7
Essex are 194 in front as Doug Bracewell becomes the fourth batter dismissed in the afternoon session.
It's a soft dismissal too as he clips Calvin Harrison's leg-spin to Steve Mullaney at short mid-wicket.
Shane Snater is next. Notts are into the tail.
Notts 442 v Essex 298 & 334-6
A big cover drive by Simon Harmer brings him a boundary off Steven Mullaney. The Notts skipper gifts another boundary with his final delivery, which Harmer tickles down to fine leg.
He is 22 not out and Essex are 190 ahead. In theory, there are 44 overs left in the final day's play.
Glamorgan 123 & 666-9 v Sussex 481
What a catch!
Take a bow, Sean Hunt. The substitute fielder at deep midwicket does incredibly well to stretch, tip up that pull shot from James Harris and complete the catch inside the boundary.
And Sussex supporters can say 'I was there' when Steve Smith took a wicket for the county!
Glamorgan 123 & 657-8 v Sussex 481
Well, at least we've learned Steve Smith has another string to his bow.
The Australian, who usually classifies himself as a leg-spinner, is back on to bowl again - this time with off-spin.
Smith's first over yields just a single to James Harris - and suddenly this has turned into bowling practice for Smith and batting practice for Michael Neser. Strange how these things work out...
Notts 442 v Essex 298 & 319-6
This is getting more and more interesting.....
England's Dan Lawrence departs at the start of Notts Skipper Steven Mullaney's second over of the innings, lbw playing across the line.
He hit five fours in his 102-ball knock and will be disappointed not to carry it on further.
Doug Bracewell is in at number eight.
Glamorgan 123 & 656-8 v Sussex 481
Tom Haines is back on to have one final go at taking these last two Glamorgan wickets.
The medium-pacer had a decent leg before shout against James Harris turned down and Sussex's hopes of forcing victory are disappearing fast.
The lead is now close to 300, with Michael Neser on 68 and Harris 14.
Notts 442 v Essex 298 & 314-5
A good ball from Calvin Harrison deceives Simon Harmer but he takes a couple off the edge. Essex lead by 170.
Glamorgan 123 & 650-8 v Sussex 481
And on they go.
Glamorgan are up to 650 now - for only the fifth time in their history - as Michael Neser belts Tom Haines through the covers for another four.
Surprisingly, there's still some way to go before the Welsh side overtake their record score against Sussex.
That was a whopping 718-3 declared at Colwyn Bay back in 2000. Steve James contributed an unbeaten 309 and Glamorgan triumphed by an innings and 60 runs.
Notts 442 v Essex 298 & 309-5
Spinner for spinner at Trent Bridge as Calvin Harrison replaces Liam P-W in the Notts attack.
It's an inspired change by Steven Mullaney as Harrison strikes with his third delivery, taking a return catch off a leading edge from Adam Rossington.
That is Harrison's first wicket in a Championship match and Essex under a little bit of pressure now. Simon Harmer is the new batter.
Notts 442 v Essex 298 & 308-4
Lyndon James is having to shoulder an extra burden with the ball as Brett Hutton is off the field and there is his third wicket of the innings as he cuts one back and knocks back Matt Critchley's off stump.
The Essex lead is 164 as Adam Rossington comes to the crease.
Glamorgan 123 & 640-8 v Sussex 481
It goes without saying - but Sussex must wish they could clone Ollie Robinson. Exactly the man they'd want when quick wickets are needed desperately.
Unfortunately, Robinson is out of action as he awaits a scan on his sore ankle. Ari Karvelas and Fynn Hudson-Prentice are giving it their all, but there's no sign of a breakthrough and James Harris has just extended Glamorgan's lead to 282, clouting a Hudson-Prentice full toss to the boundary.
