Into the stands goes Ben Duckett!
Remarkably, with the score like it is, that's the first six of the innings.
England are toying with Ireland now.
Ben Duckett whacks two more boundaries.
The first of a conventional sweep before he switches around and plays a reverse to add the second.

Cricket statistician on Test Match Special
It is Ollie Pope's third century since the start of last summer when Brendon McCullum and Ben Stokes took over. He has also five other fifties in that time and averages 43 with a strike-rate of 74.
He had a significant lull after a promising period in 2019 and 2020 - in the 12 Tests before McCullum and Stokes era he averaged just 19 with one half-century.
Duckett 162, Pope 104
It's Ollie Pope's fourth Test century but third since being pushed up to number three at the start of the Stokes-McCullum era.
Now the vice-captain, he's not going to be budging from that spot for a long time.
Just to prove the point, Pope holds the pose after stepping down and driving Mark Adair down the ground for four up to the pavilion.

He's looked in control from minute one, it's a lovely little start to the summer for Ollie Pope.
There it is! This century has looked on since he was about 10 not out yesterday.
Ollie Pope is beaming as he celebrates his fourth Test ton and first at Lord's.
Just a single for Pope. On to 99 he goes.
An edge! I can't remember one of those all innings. The issue for Ireland is it was a slower ball from Mark Adair, who isn't the quickest to start with, and the ball bounces well short of the keeper.
Now, can Ollie Pope get to his century?
Ollie Pope knocks the first ball of the session for an easy single to move to 98 not out.

The two umpires have just made it to the middle with the Ireland players following behind.
The Irish are doing a good job of looking enthused as they emerge. This next couple of hours could be tough for them in the sunshine.
While I ponder that, here are the best shots from Ben Duckett's unbeaten century...
I had a cake with random petals on the other day. Odd.
I wonder what's the strangest things hipsters put in food these days.

Lord's has doubled down on the funky things in the lunch. Flower petals today.

Please can England bat all day today as I’ve got a ticket for Saturday. They can bowl Ireland out by lunchtime, win by an innings and then I can find a pub to watch the FA Cup final. Win win.
Jez, Cheltenham
Was looking forward to taking my Irish friend to Lords tomorrow for his first ever cricket match. Just hope now that the match gets to Day 3. Please don't declare England!

This was the moment Ben Duckett reached his second Test century.
It is his first Test hundred at home and means his name will soon be up on the famous Lord's honours board.
There were a lot of runs in that session - 173, in fact...
I agree, Sir Chef.
During the lunch break Aggers is speaking to Mike Brearley, one of England's greatest captains.
Brearley is currently giving his take on England's new attacking approach and team ethos.
Spoiler: he's a fan.
Sir Alastair Cook
Former England captain on BBC Test Match Special
If Ollie Pope gets past his century you would think England are going to power on.
Thank you.
How are we? Who thinks this is finishing today?
