It's kind of come as a surprise. Australia have played very short ball with control. It's pinpoint on his hand, you couldn't control this one.
Khawaja c sub (Potts) b Broad 77 (Aus 187-3)
Top-edged hook shot and caught at fine leg!
The short ball is clearly the way to go in this match. Stuart Broad bangs it in, Usman Khawaja takes it on but the thick edge carries all the way to sub fielder Matthew Potts, a few yards off the rope.
A much-needed breakthrough for England.
He's had to be patient this morning but Stuart Broad is coming on to bowl the first over after drinks from the Pavilion End.
Will it be more short stuff? It looks like it based on the field.

Josh Tongue finds a bit of extra bounce a couple of times in the over.
The first takes the ball well over Steve Smith's head and is called wide but the next is angled across Usman Khawaja, who has to pull out of the shot at the last moment.
Time for drinks after another good hour for Australia.
It's just the odd one causing problems for Australia - and the latest sees Usman Khawaja rapped on the glove by Josh Tongue.
Right on target from the England quick but the ball lands safely on the off side.

The partnership between Usman Khawaja and Steve Smith is now up to 57 after four singles from Ollie Robinson's over.
Will that be it from Robinson in this spell? We've not seen Stuart Broad yet this morning.

Australia are 267 in front and are looking very determined and focussed. They will be in no rush to gamble too much yet.
More of the same from Josh Tongue, just a single from the over but no scares for the Australian batters this time around.
As much as they've looked comfortable for the most part, there has been the odd mistake to keep England interested.

This short ball tactic is starting to create a few issues for the batters. The ball before the chance, Usman Khawaja pulled in the air but just over the man halfway back at backward square leg.
England will be praying that one goes to hand soon!

Bairstow did get a glove on that.
Aus 174-2
Another chance goes begging for England!
It was a very tough one for Jonny Bairstow as Usman Khawaja took on the Ollie Robinson bouncer, got a bottom edge onto his shoulder and the ball looped up.
Bairstow was back peddling as the ball went over his head and was at full stretch. He gets a glove to it but can't cling on.

Smith may be good at tennis but I’m not sure he’s going to be replacing Alex de Minaur as Australia’s number one at Wimbledon next week.

Steve Smith is good at tennis and that was like a tennis smash.
What on earth was that?!
Steve Smith backs away as Ollie Robinson bowls another bumper and tries a remarkable shot.
It's more of a swat than anything else. It goes straight to ground and to a fielder but had that gone wrong, he'd have given Harry Brook a run for his money for worst dismissal of the Test!
On expected wickets and runs, according to CricViz, Australia should be 160-6 at present.
