Had to pull off at Leicester forest east services on the M1. This is too tense for driving.

If you're going to swing, swing hard. Does he do it again, or bowl at the stumps?

Chris Woakes pulls beautifully, and it looks set for four until Todd Murphy leaps out of nowhere and parries the ball over to Marnus Labuschagne to save it.

    A magnificent piece of fielding.

As well as Brook batted that is a quite ridiculous shot in the circumstances.

    Jim, Bucks

What is that shot? Seriously. Why. What is he doing. AARGHHHHHH IM SO MAD!!

Complete silence before the crowd stand to applaud Harry Brook off.

The tension has just increased tenfold.

A horrible shot. It was short and wide outside the off stump and he's just spooned it. We have a twist. A terrific knock from Harry Brook has come to end. He will get a huge applause but the tension is back. It could have been a mix-up between Mitchell Starc and Pat Cummins with the catch but they didn't collide.

    Brook c Cummins b Starc 75 (Eng 230-7)

    No.

    That is not OK.

    Another twist?!

It's an ugly shot from Brook, cross-batted and not really committing to it. The ball plops in the air, there's a collision between Starc and Cummins but the skipper holds on.

A brilliant innings from England's number five. But they still need 21 runs to win.

  13. Eng 230-6published at 47.3 overs

Harry Brook pulls with good control down to fine leg for a single, before Chris Woakes upper cuts nicely for another.

Doing it in singles is absolutely fine, lads. Don't mind that at all.

England are almost comfortable. Almost but not quite. Win predictor says 95% for England but it doesn't feel like that.

Tea isn't until 16:10 BST today William. I suspect we may not get there either way (especially with the potential for an extra half an hour)!
