The next ball flies away off an edge - Thakur looking uncomfortable again.

This is the fightback that we want to see. India fans will be very happy with this because they have shown some heart, some resilience.
The way Rahane has batted is exceptional. They are nowhere near out of the woods yet but he has given them a glimmer of hope.
