    It is now six wins in a row for Kent. They are on a roll as they chase a quarter-final spot.

    Birmingham Bears 228-4 v Worcestershire Rapids 175-9

    Five in a row for the Bears, who clinch their place in the quarter-finals with two games to spare.

    Rob Yates (59 off 39 balls) and Dan Mousley (51 off 25) were the main contributors to their highest total of the 2023 competition, supported well by Glenn Maxwell (44 off 20).

    Worcestershire maintained a healthy rate at the start of their chase but lost wickets doing so and slumped from 133-4 to 161-9 as Mousley took 4-41 with his off-spin.

    They still have a very good chance of reaching the last eight, though, with a home game to come against Durham, followed by a trip to Derby.

    Cam Fletcher reaches his first 50 for Glamorgan off 38 balls with a six down the ground off Fynn Hudson-Prentice - and adds another from the next delivery.

    But the Sussex seamer has him caught by Harrison Ward for 57 with the penultimate ball of the game as Sussex wrap up their fifth win of the competition.

    Their total was built around an innings of 87 not out off 53 balls by Shadab Khan, who also picked up a wicket and ran out Chris Cooke after stopping a Fletcher drive with his boot.

    Sussex join Glamorgan on 10 points and both may need to win their last two games as well to maintain any hope of reaching the quarter-finals.
