    Bears 228-4 v Worcs 84-3

The game is slipping away from Worcestershire at Edgbaston.

Adam Hose was the third man to go, stumped by Alex Davies off Danny Briggs for six in the ninth over.

He somehow played a round a ball drifting in to leg stump and the Bears keeper completed a smart piece of work.

Sussex skipper Ravi Bopara has turned the screws on the Glamorgan chase and he is rewarded with a wicket.

Sam Northeast feels the pressure and goes for a big shot, but he doesn't middle it and picks out the man at deep midwicket.

Glamorgan need 97 from 56 balls.

Jos Buttler sweeps one out to the midwicket boundary and that is four to bring up his 50 off 27 balls.

  7. Postpublished at 20:30 British Summer Time 23 June 2023

    Lancashire 92-1 (8 overs) v Derbyshire

Bowling at Jos Buttler and Liam Livingstone is probably as difficult as it gets in T20 cricket.

George Scrimshaw is finding it challenging. He is bowling round the wicket, but is penalised for two wides.

When he aims for the stumps, Buttler dispatches him for a huge six down the ground.

It's a batter's game I hear some of you cry!

  8. Durham-Yorkshire on verge of abandonmentpublished at 20:30 British Summer Time 23 June 2023

    Durham v Yorkshire 49-1

    Martin Emmerson
    BBC Radio Newcastle

The match is on the verge of being called off. If it is still raining at 8.40pm it's off.

My hunch would be it's off. So Durham and Yorkshire would take a point each.

  9. Postpublished at 20:30 British Summer Time 23 June 2023

    Leics 30-4 (6 overs) v Northants 210-7

    A shocking powerplay from Leicestershire.

Ben Sanderson with three wickets and Northants have this game in the palm of their hand.

Leicestershire need almost 13-an-over already. Rehan Ahmed needs to get going - but he needs some help too.

    Hants v Essex 209-7

Having been 166-3 after 15, Essex will feel they may have left a few out there.

But it's still a great score with the damage done at the top of the order.

Dan Lawrence 70 from 33 balls and Feroze Khushi 61 from 37 balls.

He is only the fourth player to reach that milestone.

  17. Postpublished at 20:21 British Summer Time 23 June 2023

    Bears 228-4 v Worcs 40-0

Spin now from the Bears and Brett D'Oliveira finds the boundary from Glenn Maxwell's first two deliveries.

Betters is to come as the Worcestershire opener ends the over with a maximum. Quite an incredible shot, really, as he was backing away to leg but somehow managed to generate enough bat speed to lift it over extra cover.

He is 24 not out and side side need 189 off 96 balls.

  18. Postpublished at 20:17 British Summer Time 23 June 2023
